Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m deep and n.exc 1.5m wide in manholes, Drains etc. getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing R.C.C. pipes class NP-2, 150mm dia with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed in P.C.C. 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregated) to 150 mm dia drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of the pipes after laying & testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC Septic tank for 200 user designed to carry sewage and sullage watern including excavation in any type of soil, complete all as per drg No AFB/TD/228/2018(S) 1R/1, RCC M-25 Design Mix in Walls , Base Slab , Baffle walls and Roof Slab etc with Vent shaft 1.8m long and dia 100mm , manhole openings with cover connection etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 50mm thick precast reinforced (steel fibres) cement concrete LD-2.5 , M-30, drain cover slabs square or rectangular in size supprted on walls complete. Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including gutter or similar roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed windows/ventilators comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), , uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes and silicon sealant shall be paid separately). Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. S&F float glass panes 5.0 mm thick glass panes (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm) complete all as specified and directed.
