M&L for tightening bolts and closing bolt holes etc. in old corrugated steel sheets or Aluminium sheeting by sealing with one bitumen and one curved GI washer on either side and 6 mm G.I. bolts and nuts, all set in stiff white lead, bolt n exec 25 mm in length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

M&L for 12 mm thick gypsum board in ceiling fixed with self drilling screw as per manufacturers instructions, sealing of joint with tape and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a thin layer of cement base wall care putty including taking down old gypsum board complete all as specified.

S&F decorative self designed false ceiling of Non asbestos fibre cement building boards, manufactured from homogeneous mixture of cement, quartz and cellulose and cured with high pressure steam using auto claving process confirming to IS-14862, of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 4 mm thick fixed over and including mild steel galvanised powder coated ceiling snap grid frame work of angle / T sec of size 25 x 15 x 0.5 in square pattern of grid size 600mm X 600mm. Snap grid shall be supported with hangers of 4 mm dia. S&F PVC wall / ceiling panelling consisting of 1200 mm wide 7 to 8 mm thick hollow section with 1 mm wall thickness, teak finish, fixed over and including PVC frame work with solvent cement, fixing of frame work on wall / ceiling with nails / screw as per manufacturer's instruction including taking down old wall / ceiling panelling complete. Make:- Royale-Plus or Decore or equivalent make approved by GE

S&F in repairs white Vitreous china wash down water closet (pedestal pattern) with fixing bolt, Plastic water closet seat, white, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover with aluminised hinging device, including all connection complete.

S&F in repair for 10 litre capacity PVC valve less, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets and connecting to pipes and incl 32mm dia flush pipe, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair 75 mm outlet PVC floor trap, plain without grating including jointing with solvent cement, fixed in repair including embedding with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs white vitreous china squatting pan ‘ORISSA’ pattern of size 580 mm x 450 mm white with integral foot rests with ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, front or back inlet including all connection and provision of lime concrete base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. Fe-410- W (Gde- E-250) quality-B, all as specified.

S&F plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment using Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A, complete all as specified .

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long & diameter 16 to 20mm, all as specified.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size 450 x 300 x 7 mm or 600x300x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, over & including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:3) to receive wall tiles, complete all as specified.

M&L for colour double charged vitrified ceramic tiles 9-10 mm thick (Square/Rectangular) polished area of each tiles not exc 0.36 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified colour and design approved by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 46 above but on vertical surfaces such as dados, skirtings and risers to steps, over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete.
