PROVISION OF FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM AND FIRE ALARM SYSTEM IN MR HANGER AT INS UTKROSH

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth in hard/dense soil for laying of MS/ GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for branch connection of existing 150mm dia MS ERW pipe line and inserting new pipe line 150mm dia MS ERW including cutting of existing pipe, welding, bending required materials/T&P at site of connection etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning MS ERW piping of 150mm dia bore as per IS-3589, medium grade, plain ended complete with all fittings required at site likes Tees, bends,elbows, short pieces, reducers, unions, weldidng, bending etc including painting with on coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel red paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay 25mm dia heavy grade GI pipe complete with GI fittings in trenches or on wall/floor etc complete all as directed.

Supply and lay CI pipes 80mm dia bore with flanged, centrifugally cast, class A complete all as specified.

Supply and install, testing and commissioning of slim seal type butterfly valve of size 150 mm dia with spherodial graphic iron disc, with brittle rubber seal and tested to 16 Kg/Sq. cm including a set of suitable GI flanged as per BS 10 and table-01, nut, bolts, washers, neoprene rubber gasket etc complete of following sizes all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and install, testing and commissioning of slim seal type butterfly valve of size 80 mm dia with spherodial graphic iron disc, with brittle rubber seal and tested to 16 Kg/Sq. cm including a set of suitable GI flanged as per BS 10 and table-01, nut, bolts, washers, neoprene rubber gasket etc complete of following sizes all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Suply and fix sluice valve of class PN 1.6 with iron wheel head, flanged type both end for and fixing on MS ERW pipe of size 150 mm bore coomplete all as specified.

Supply and fix non return sluice valve of class PN 1.6 of size 150 mm dia MS ERW pipe complete all as specified

Material and labour for masonary valve chamber internal size of 900x900x900mm with 100mm thick solid concrete block masonary, block casted using PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 built in cement and sand mortar 1:6, 15mm plaster to thick internal surface and external surface up to 15mm below ground level and top of floor in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement 15mm thick, MS sheet 3.15mm cover incl 50x50x6mm MS angle frame embedded in 150mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with 25x6mm flat iron hold fast, handle, hinges with locking arrangements, applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enemal paint to all steel surface including necessary excavation in any type of soil and disposal of surplaus soiul to a distance not to exceeding 50mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install fire brigade inlet connection with 4 way complete all as specified

Supply and install fire hydrant landing valve type A (single headed outlet) of 63mm dia complete all as specified

Material and labour for branch pipe gun metal 63mm instaltaneous inlet made threaded outlet, 15mm bore nozzle short complete all as specified

Supply and fix hose pipe of 63mm dia size 30M length as per IS 636, complete with male and female coupling all as specified

Supply and fix hose reel of 20mm dia size of 30mtr length with coupling branch pipe and nozzle complete all as specified.

Supply and fix cast copper alloy stop/gate valve 25mm dia size high pressure with butterfly handle, fancy type chromium plated all as specified.

Material and labour for hose box for keeping 2 Nos hose pipe of length 30mtr each branch pipe nozzle, coupling etc of MS sheet of thickness of 2.0mm complete all as directed.

Material and labour for cast iron fittings required size likes bends, tees elbows etc for flanged type pipe complete all as specified

Supply and fix fire alarm control panel having audio and visual type signal complying with BS EN 54, 2 loop panel with 99 detector 99 module and up to 200 detector and 200 module (per each loop) all as specified.

Supply and Fix detector complying with any type certified EN 45 addressible type multysensor detector with heat & smoke combination with self built intelligence as per IS 11360 all as specified.

Supply and fire alarm siren/sounder electronic type horizontal single stage continuies normal operation for at least 50 minutes with sound level 65 db to 120 db measured at 1.5 m with sound output variation of +5 db 2000 M range all as specified.

Supply and fix manual addressable call point break glass type with alarm LED complete all as specified

Supply and fix remote response indicators all as specified and directed

Supply and fix loop powered sounder strobe all as specified and directed

Supply and fix addressable monitor module all as specified and directed

Supply and fix sub main wrring 6 core, 1.5 sqmm copper cable PVC insulated, unshethed multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts FRLS cablecomplete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix steel conduit 20mm dia bore, including all fittings likes, tees, bends, junction boxes, elbows etc complete all as specified

Supply, laying / fixing on wall / roof in steel conduit and testing of Fire alarm wiring cable, low smoke zero helogen type, flame retardent, 300/500 volts grade cable with copper conductor of cross sectional area 4 sqmm 3 core with earth / drain wire of annealed tined copper including connection to fire alarm panel, sounder,manual call point, detectors and any other if required with the suitable manner all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only trolley mounted fire extinguisher, mechanical foam type, 50 ltrs capacity as per IS 13386 all as directed

Supply only trolley mounted fire extinguisher, dry chemical powder type 25 Kg capacity as per IS 10658 all as directed

Supply only trolley mounted fire extinguisher, CO2 type 22.5 Kg capacity as per IS 2878 all as directed

Supply and install fire extinguisher dry chemical powder (ABC) type 6 Kg capacity as per IS-2171/13849, 14609 all as directed

Supply and install fire extinguisher, CO2 type 3 Kg capacity as per IS 2878 all as directed

Supply and install fire extinguisher foam type-9 litres capacity as per IS-1004 all as directed.

Material and labour for "NO SMOKING" display board using steel plate of 5 mm thick of size 3'x2' with red colour and suitable size of words complete all as specified
