Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out as in soft/loose soil.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 m above the starting point.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in soft/loose soil.

Repairs/ servicing to sluice valve by taking out unserviceable spindle along with wornout check nuts from the sluice valve of 150 mm bore after removing the top cover and stuffing box of sluice valve spindle, and refixing with new brass spindle with check nut, gland packing, gasket, replacing of rusted unserviceable nuts/ bolts/ washers with SS with new nuts, bolts, gaskets etc for arresting all leakages/ smooth operation complete all as specified and directed.

(NOTE: Testing shall be carried out at NTC/NEIST Jorhat or any other Govt approved laboratory with prior approval of GE)

Supply only Calcium Hypo chlorite calcium based high strength granular chlorine having 65%-70% chlorine content packed in 45Kgs PVC sealed container, superior quality suitable for treatment of drinking water and swimming pool (Much more stable than chlorine gas, bleaching power and sodium hypochlorite) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC)inorganic soluble polymer raw water flocculants powder in 25 Kg bags conforming to the following specifications: -(a) Bulk Density/specific Gravity at 20 Degree Celcius: 0.75 + 0.10 (b) PH Value of aqueous solution (w/v): 3.5 – 5.0 (1%)(c) Chloride content (w/w): 31.0% + 2.0%(d) Sulphate content: 10 % (Max)(e) Basicity: 40.0 + 5.0(f) Mercury & Lead: Not Desirableall as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cleaning of PVC tank of capacity exceeding 750 ltr and not exceeding 1000 ltr with fibre brush to remove all dirts and removing sediments and through cleaning of rotational moulded polythene water storage tank and then with dilute bleaching powder solution(not less than 1.2 Kg per tank) and and finally cleaning with fresh water complete all as directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of PVC tank of capacity exceeding 250 ltr and not exceeding 500 ltr with fibre brush to remove all dirts and removing sediments and through cleaning of rotational moulded polythene water storage tank and then with dilute bleaching powder solution(not less than 0.75Kg per tank) and and finally cleaning with fresh water complete all as directed.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of old rusted surface of steel exc 10 cm width/grith, at any height of tank and water supply vertical pipes of pumping and distribtion lines as per different colour code and marking of arrow for flowing of water with approved color shade paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of external wall surface of 1,00,000 Gallons 12 m Staging RCC Overhead Tank by manually /mechanical appliance and preparation of old surfaces applying two coats of acrylic exterior weather resistant paint(weather proof paint @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm per two coats ) of required colour shade and as per manufacturer’s specification over a coat of acrylic exterior primer((@ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed. Note :-The colour shade of tank shall be green(army) and white combination as directed by GE. The quoted rate shall irrespective height.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of internal wall surface of 1,00,000 Gallons 12 m Staging RCC Overhead Tank by manually and appliance and preparation of old surfaces applying Non toxic two coats of two-component polymer modifi ed cementitious coating (3.6 Kg/ Sqm per two coats )complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Nitocote CM210 of FOSROC or equivalents approved chemical given in approved make list of PS

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in around valve pit or flooring of OHT complete all as specified

Material and labour for75 mm thick plain cement concrete 7.5 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pre-polished chequered Cement Concrete tiles of 25 mm minimum thick, size of (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.09 Sqm but not exceeding 0.16 Sqm double layer machine pressed set ( as per IS 1237-2012), jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut & polished in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removal outside of MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick plaster in Cement Mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surface of wall and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, with water proofing treatment. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measure and paid separately
