M&L for preparing the old surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted on walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M&L for preparation old undeorated wall surfaces by washing ,rubbing down and stoping of distempered or complete removal of existig treatment of any height of bldigs and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted etc all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall, chajjas, soffit of chajja, slab projection etc of any height of bldigs and applying one coat of cement base paint complete as specified and directed by engr-in-Charge at site.

Complete removal of existing treatment and preparing the surface of walls of any height of bldigs and apply two coat of cement base paint over a coat alkali resistant primer and as directed by Engr-in-Chare at site.

M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint and all as directed by engr-in-Cgarge at site.

M&L for prepartion on old painted surfaces of steel and iron surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

All as per item No 6 above but steel surface area n.exc 10CM width or girth

M&L for preparation of old surfaces and applying two coat of white wash on ceiling including cornices etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated ceilng surfaces and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint(1st quality)/plastic emulsion paint on walls, chajjas,facia by mechanical applicator of any height of bldigs etc , including preparing of old surfaces with brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots complete all as specified and as directed .(Weather coat shall be of Asian paint, Apex ,ultima or equivalent as approved by GE)
