Charges for overhauling of suction butter fly valve of seal air fan by dismantling the valve from seal air fan suction header, dismantling the valve internals such as stem rod, flaps, connecting pins, overhauling flaps & stem rod, reassembling the valve, checking open & close operation which includes T&P's and cost of consumables.
Charges for Rectification/Replacement of suction/ discharge dampers of seal air fan by opening of seal air fan casing side cover, dismantling of all connecting rod and cleaning of all connecting rod, removing of bend, reassembling of all connecting rod, reassembling of seal air fan damber, checking of open/close operation including cost of consumables, hire charges for T&P's.
Charges for rectification/renewal of seal air fan suction/discharge rubber bellows by dismantling and lowering of seal air fan rubber expansion bellow , replace the side beedings, lifting of either new repaired seal air fan rubber bellow to the position and fixing including cost of consumables, hire charges for T&P's.
Charges for strenthening of the dynavan filter of seal air fan, removing and lowering of dynavan filter from seal air header 3mtr to 0mtr, inspection of internals and renewal of worn-out filter outer cover and strenthening of dynavan filter outer cover if necessary and lifting of either new or retified dynavan filter, positioning and fixing with suction header including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's.
Charges for replacing the damged discharge coal pipe of length up to 1 Meters at an elevation of 10 to 20 Meters: The work involves providing necessary scaffolding, arresting either sides of the damaged discharge coal pipe, cutting and releasing the damaged coal pipe portion, cutting the new discharge coal pipe to required size and grinding both the ends to suit with the existing coal pipe, lifting and positioning of new discharge coal pipe, grinding edges, profile fabrication and welding with existing discharge coal pipe in the respective area and releasing of supports and scaffolding materials, including the hire charges for T&P's and cost of consumables. (Required discharge coal pipe will be supplied by TANGEDCO).
