Providing and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate of size 63mm to 45mm (sixty three into forty five millimeter) Grading II 75mm (seventy five millimeters) consolidated thick to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80/100 KN (eighty/ hundred KN) static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density of grade-II as per technical specification clause 405 and The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax,GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.(by mechanical means).

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70-1.0 kilogram (zero point seven zero to one point zero kilogram per square meter) using mechanical means as per technical specification clause –502 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax,GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion (RS-1) distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg. (zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogramme) per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax,GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet using Bitumen Emulsion 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm(thirteen point two millimeter) to 5.6mm(five point six millimeter)crushed stone aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 grade to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80 / 100 KN (eighty /hundred KN)static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat type B as per technical specification clause 508,(Mechanical menas) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax,GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified level, grade and cross fall using type-B as per technical specification clause 510.(Mechanical means) with VG-10 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
