AREA DRAINAGE
M&L for Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete M-25, design mix, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in 250 to 400 mm thick drain cover including necessary Steel form work, complete all as specifiedas per Drg or as directed by GE / Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Steel reinforcement required as per drg for drain cover shall be measured and paid Separately under respective item.
SECURITY WALL AND GATE
Supply and fix galvanised steel punched type concertina coil 900 mm dia (dia of coil when unstretched) for fencing work complete all as specified and as directed.
INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION
S&F LED Square/Round Ceiling light fitting 6 watt provided with high output diffuser, 230 Volts complete with all accessories, pre-wired including lamp and providing flexible copper wire, three core cable PVC insulated sheathed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of integrating with existing HT switchgear at Shekawati , HT panel with Vacuum circuit breaker indoor totally enclosed sheet steel clad floor mounting, vermin proof, IP-4X fully interlocked Horizontal isolation, extensible, horizontal draw out, air insulated, metal clad switchboard having double isolation features complete as detailed below. Taking out the existing HT Cable from trenches, road, wall & refixing the same after rerouting in new trenches including jointing and testing all as directed at site. Note:- Earth work, sand cushioning & mechnical protection required will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of Sch 'A'.

Supply and fixing cable route indicator made out of PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate of size 20cmx20cmx90cm duly curved at the top of the indicator duly engraved the “MES HT CABLE” including properly grouting in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.
M & L Chemical earthing with Earth electrode 17.2 mm dia Copper cladded rod with 250 microns of copper cladding. The length is 10 ft. (option of two pcs. 5 ft. each with a coupler is available). The upper section of rod will have a strip of 25x2 mm 200 mm brazed just 150 mm below the top. This will have two holes of 9 mm on each side. four strips of 25x2 mm 1.5 mtr. length are provided with each rod for horizontal spread of elctrode.Each rod is supported with 2 bags of 25 Kg each ASEM GB/CG the low resistivity Soil Enhancement Compound.The ASEM CB is recommended for use in sandy/rocky soil). A terminal plate is pre-fixed with top section for load calculation. PQC FLOORING/PAVEMENT AND ROAD
Rolling and consolidating formation surface in cutting to camber by using earth compactor of capacity exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 15 tonne or compaction methodology recommended by soil test agency to under OMC to achieve the min 98 % MDD determination using modified proctor density determination method as per IS code of existing soil complete all as specified and as directed.
Excavation over area not exceeding 1.5 m deep in soft/loose soil and getting out including removal and stacking up to 50 mtr away from the starting point and mixing OPC 43 gde cement by dry wt of soil by mechanical means inlcuding watering, levelling, rolling, compaction using 8-10 Ton power roller & curing over compacted sub grade to achieve desired K-Value of 5 kg/sqcm/cm and 98% modified procter density complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cement required for mixing shall be measured and paid Separately under respective item
Suuply only OPC 43 Gde Cement complete all as direceted. Note: Cement supplied under this item shall be incorporated in item No 22.20 only.

Design Prepared of CAT-III Airfield lighting system and laying of conduits for Approx length 3.3 Km of nose wheel maneuvering alignment of aircraft (for all maneuvering area, taxiway & including turning as directed by GE) including detail design and drawing as per ICAO annexure 14DGCA and specifications acceptable to IAF authorities. This will include necessary DGPS survey and engineering team to mark all the light locations as site as per design drawing for cat-III airfield maneuvering area, taxiway & including turning lighting complete all as per instructions terms and conditions all as directed. (iv) 2/3 Employees as Surveyor (firms as approved Ser No (ii)) present at Site during the laying of conduits for marks location of light on ground as per approved Design . (v) After completion of laying of conduits final completion drg 04 Sets ,A1 Size and one CD soft copy submitted by firm as duly approved by GE /IAF

PRIME COST SUM Design, Supply and install testing and commissioning multi stage submersible pump set alongwith bronze impeller, directly coupled with motor, suitable for 150 mm bore well operated on AC 3 phase, voltage range 440V, 50 Hz and control panel outdoor type complete. The motor casing shall be of stainless steel, pump shaft/ motor shaft shall be of stainless steel, pump bowls shall be of high graded cast iron all as specified and directed. The pump and motor shall comply to all the requirements of relevant IS and Submerssible cable 3 core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, water proof, ISI marked of suitable size for connecting bore well submerssible pump sets. Note: i) The tenderer are required to work out and quote their rates for item of works in the manner set out in condition 5 of IAFW-2249 and quote their rates per unit in “figures” and percentages derived by the software, the amount quoted by tenderer in figures shall not exceed the percentage of 15%(Plus). In the event of percentage quoted by contractor exceeds 15%(Plus) the percentage amended to 15% over the amount inserted by department and figures amount shall be amended accordingly.
