M&L for complete removal of existing water proofing treatment from top of roof (flat or sloped) and canopies / chajjas of building including demolition of PCC any thickness and removal of debris out side MD land all as directed.

M&L Water proofing treatment on "Non approachable / non accessible and approachable roof" surface (Horizontal, sloped & Vertical surfaces) in following sequence through manufacturer / authorized applicator of the manufacturer including taking down of existing roof treatment, properly cleaning & drying the concrete surfaces complete (i) Priming surfaces and applying normal treatment (for moderate conditions) using glass fibre base bitumen felt, grade 2 all as specified. (ii) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 kg/ Sqm incl cleaning surfaces. (iii) Laying /unrolled over the bitumen coated surface, APP based polymeric membrane minimumweighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thickreinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. notless than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surfaceby forced application complete all as specified with 100 mm over laps shall be sealed by flame as per manufacturers instruction. (iv) Applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint including preparation complete

(ii) Applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.3 Kg / Sqm (iii) Applying a tack of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 kg/ Sqm mtr incl cleaning surface. (iv) Laying over the bitumen coated surface, polymeric water proofing membrane Hyperplas standard wt not less than 3kg /Sqm with 100 mm over laps shall be sealed by flame as per manufacturers instruction.

M&L Hydrulically pressed burnt clay tile plain of size 200x200x19/20mm machine made laid over roof & including cement mortar screed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 mixed with water proofing compound and jointed, pointed in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement.

Dismantling of floor, walls, roof tiles including bedding but backing and rubbish off permises all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (Using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof padding/kerbs/sunken slab etc complete all as spd and directed,

M&L 10 mm thick rendering on roof surfaces/concrete surface in CM 1:4 complete.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound, ISI marked.

Dismantling water storage tank exc 500 ltr but n ecx 1000 ltr and removing to store.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store of capacity exc 250 and n exc 500 ltrs all as spd.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks in white colour tripple layer (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Pt-I of 500 Ltr capacity all as spd.

M&L of 1000 ltr three layer rotational moulded polye-thylene water storagetanks (cylindrical verticalwith closed top) hoistedand fixed in position all asspecified in SSR Part I

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm X 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tubes, as per specifications and drawing complete or as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F factory made solid PVC door shutter 30mm thick(style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for bottom and top rails. M&L for suspended false ceilling comprising of 6mm thick non asbestos fibre cement bulding boards fixed or laid/inserted to GI frame work with screws over Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre. Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified

M&L in repair cubboard shutter made of 19mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work

S&F in repair harrison rails, mild steel, chromium plated with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc all as directed.
