Taking down existing waterproofing tratment complete of any description from brick or RCC wall and RCC slab by scrapping including removal of rubbish where directed to a distance not exceeding 100m and applying 15mm thick cement screed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete or bricks surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement to receive roof mixed with liquid water proofing compound @200ml per 50 kg weight of cement over and than applying water proofing roof treatment, consists of a five layered Atactic polypropylene modified polymeric membrane of minimum 3 mm thick and minimum weight not less than 3.0 Kg/sqm, reinforced with polyster non woven fabric matt (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm), laid with LPG torch forced application over roof surface, with a side & end overlaps of minimum 100 mm, with and including priming the surface with a coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm each at top and bottom of the membrane as bonding material, and a coat of bituminous aluminium primer @ 100 gm/Sqm on top, including sealing all joints by thermo fusion, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions. Note : Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound.

Disconnecting existing tanks exceeding 250 ltr not exceeding 500 ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in same position complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exceeding 500 ltr not exceeding 1000 ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in same position complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exceeding 1000 ltr not exceeding 2000 ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in same position complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and Refixing old 25 mm dia bore of steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 25mm bore of tubes, 'medium grade'galvanised with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in sub bases finishing the surface even and rough to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair water closet pedestal vitreous china white pattern (EWC) including white colour seat cover and connection to drain and to flush pipe & mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device etc (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including 100mm bore traps P or S complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair vitreous china squatting pan of Orissa pattern long pan size 580x440 mm white with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including lime concrete bedding all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair water closet Vitreous China, semi-pedestal pattern (Anglo-Indian Type) white including plastic water closet seat, white colour, closed pattern with flat bottom, and Anglo Indian seat cover (Semi pedastalincluding fixing bolts (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including necessary connetion to trap and flushing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plain exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, ceilings, fins, fascias, chajjas, parapets etc. (including tiles) raking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc incl patches of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete sufaces in cement mortar 1:6 including finishing even and smooth withour using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete sufaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing liquid @ 200ml per 50 kg cement including finishing even and smooth withour using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceiling including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and applying two coat oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying three coat white wash complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, including on skirting upto 150 mm height, set and joint in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the tiles fixed over and including 15 mm thick screed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick(square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, including on skirting upto 150 mm height,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles fixed over and including 15 mm thick screed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the colour of tiles fixed over and including 10mm baking of wall tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 200mmx 300mmx 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the colour of tiles fixed over and including 10mm baking of wall tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite stone(of any type) work (table rubbed polised) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform, office counter set etc fixed over and including 15 mm thick cement morter (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marbel dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick fixed over and including 20mm thick CM 1:4 cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid including backing 10 mm thick CM 1:4 cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding for edges of stone slab one edge, as in steps cooking platform and other similar work.
