M&L for Dismantling of exhaust pipe of the DG set by unscrewing nuts and bolts and taking down the pipe with muffler removing the burnt out asbestos rope and replaced with new asbestos rope , well wrapping with new aluminium metal cladding with glass wool including cleaning the silencer,welding works if required ,painting and fixing the same in its original position complete all as directed by Engr- in- Charge for the following capacity DG Sets. M&L for Disconnecting all electrical connections from the unserviceable self starter of any make/ capacity model 24 volts and taking down the self starter and transporting to civil workshop for carrying out repairs, complete overhauling the system including replacing the unserviceable parts like bearings, carbon brushes, clutch plates etc & assembling including after repair refixing the self starter in its original position,making all connection as per DG Set OEM recomendation, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Supply only Armature coil, field coil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

M&L for Disconnecting all the incoming and outgoing rubber hoses and draining out the water from the choked radiator assembly of the existing make and model and various capacities of DG sets and taking down the radiator assembly by unscrewing all mechanical/electrical connections from the existing mounting, transporting the same to civil workshop for carrying out servicing, opening the top and bottom covers of radiator assembly cleaning thoroughly the chocked pipe of the radiator by using chemical detergent, lime caustic soda, cotton etc., cleaning of all the deposited sediments in the pipes/tubes including arresting of leakage by means of soldering, brazing and transporting back to site and refixing the same in its original position with suitable size nuts, bolts and washers and Anti vibrating mounting(AVM) pads as required as per OEM recomendation etc., for the following DG sets all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge: Upto 100 KVA DG Set

Drain out the fuel from the fuel tank of DG set of capacity 500 Ltrs and above and keeping it in separate container safely, disconnecting all the fuel lines and other mechanical connections and taking out the fuel tank for cleaning, internally and externally by removing all the accumulated dirt/ sediment, leak testing the tank and welding/ brazing including one coat of synthetic enamel paint, refixing the tank in its original position, replacing the drain plug and PVC pipe, calibrating the fuel tank, refilling the drained out fuel back into the tank and marking of liters in gauge and provision of locking arrangements complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Including smooth finishing. Shifting the DG Set on new foundation with all necessary arrangement of Cables Connections, Testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for Servicing of DG Set panel's ACB Breaker indoor/outdoor type of any make/model/capacity, checking of switching ON/OFF & tripping system, Spring charge Motor working system,checking of all electrical mechanical components of AMF panel and Setting the same for proper working of Breaker, testing of operation manually and auto mode complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Disconnect the Radiator and kept aside safely and taking down the old unserviceable water pump from the existing engine of DG set any make/model, capacity up to 125 KVA supply and fixing of new water pump & kit, reassembling the same and refixing the pump to the engine of DG set, refixing Radiator and testing, including making all Electrical/mechanical connections,commissioning as per OEM recomendation complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnect the Radiator and kept aside safely and taking down the old unserviceable water pump from the existing engine of DG set any make/model, capacity above 125KVA and up to 320 KVA supply and fixing of new water pump & kit,reassembling the same and refixing the pump to the engine of DG set, refixing Radiator and testing, including making all Electrical/mechanical connections, commissioning as per OEM recomendation complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Fix & test run the DG set after replacing Diesel feeder Pump of existing model,size suitable to DG Set of capacity 125 to 625 KVA including taking down old unserviceable complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: - (i) Major Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of Manpower, Crane hiring charges for transporting engine to wokshop and back after repairs.

After collecting Complaints from Complaint Register/Break down attending register duly signed by JE/Engineer-in-Charge and contractor and Insturction by JE by Phone/SMS, complaint should be completed within 48 Hours of complaint receiving, Major complaints/AMF panel wiring/Rewinding etc items should be completed within 05 days, (b) Minimum 01 Technician with all tools, ladder and testing Equipment, as per the site requirement shall be provided by contractor.
