Preventive Maintenance and Servicing of 22/0.415 KV Power Transformer outdoor type by disconnecting carefully electric connection on primary & secondary side by disconnecting incoming and outgoing HT/LT cables/sandwitch duct connection and remove the transformer tank top cover/lid, draining out the transformer oil and keeping in safe custody in clean and dry containers for reuse. and carrying out the maintenance work by experienced and qualified Engineer, dismantling the OLTC, dismantling HT/LT bushings from core winding and lifting the core assy carefully without damaging by using the tripod/ chainpully/crane etc, cleaning / removing the sludge from the transformer tank, cleaning the OLTC and checking the serviceability of the coil / core winding, checking the condition of the body, cleaning the coil/core assy, refixing of core/core assy, OLTC, HT/LT winding connection, connection of protective devices like buchholz relay connection, winding temperature indicator, oil temperature indicator including fixing new gaskets to transformer top and all other places gaskets/washer, terminal studs of HT/LT sides and reassembling of transformer after repairs, refitting the transformer coil incl improvement of insulation resistance value within desired level by heating or any other method to required level complete all as directed to the entire satisfaction of Engr in Charge. (Note- Filteration of oil will be measured and paid separately).

Supply and topping up of transformer oil with di-electric strength not less than 40 KV in to the conservator tank / body tank of the transformer at various Sub Stations including maintaining and sumitting the test results to Engr-in-charge. (Make : Poweroil / Transol/ Savita Chemicals) [Note : (i) New Transformer oil will be filled in the transformer only after filteration and de-hydration of existing transformer oil of the transformer. (ii) Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed container /barrel with test result and test certificate etc.]

Labour and Plant/Machinery for Dehydration and Filteration of 22/0.415 KV grade Transformer oil for extracting moisture content in the oil and carbon deposits and achiving the dielectric strength to 40 KV for 1 minute with a sphare gap of 2.5 mm and also checking the acidity of oil with acidity test kit and submitting the necessary test kit report /certificate, refilling the filtered oil into the transformer all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. (Note : The filtration includes taking necessary connection to filtration plant from the transformer to their hose pipe by opening the inlet and outlet of transformers and closing the same after filtration)

Taking out HT VCB, 22 KV grade 1250 Amps rating from HT panel for servicing / repairs by dismantling the HT VCB operating mechamism, inspection of control wiring realignment of moving contacts with fixed contacts assy, vaccum interrupter ,checking of relays for protection. greasing of all moving parts of mechanis, checking and realignment of mechanism for its proper functioning and operation, re-assembling of HT VCB , fixed in its original position, testing for functions, and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for Calibration of 22 KV grade HT VCB relays of various types by OEM or OEM authorised dealer through primary & Secondary injection method by bringing relay test kit and other required measuring equipments to the site, after testing refixing to VCB 22 KV panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note - Certificate of this test will be provided by the contractor free of cost)

Supply and fix in repair HT bushing spout of fibre or as per existing for 22 KV HT VCB 1250 Amp rating and removing the old unserviceable spout complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables etc. and getting out in the following type of strata complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
