Operating of existing Fire Fighting Arrangement round the clock and training of hospital staff for operating Fire Fighting System including Mock Fire Drill of Total Fire Fighting System at every fortnight within the campus of Asansol District Hospital at Asansol for 1 (One) Year. NOTE : A. Each day consist of 3 (Three) Shift and 2 (Two) Personnel in Each shift. B. Daily cleaning, oiling, greasing etc. of entire valve system and pumps to keep the entire fire fighting system in good condition. C. Weekly checking of D.G. Pump motor set. D. Fortnightly mock drill of entire fire fighting system including discharging of existing water from pipelines and refilling the same to ensure the pressure in pipes. E. Regular checking of pressure in pipes and fire extinguishers. F. Supplying fuel required for the entire arrangement for mock drill and testing / checking operation. G. Maintainance and overhauling of electric motors for fire fighting. H. Reparing of cylinder head, all valves, fittings, machining and valve granding etc. Scope of work noted above is not limiting. Any other test / check required as per site condition is to be carried out as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Any defect in Fire Fight System should be reported to the concerned Junior Engineer/Assistant Engineer, Asansol Sub-Division and Executive Engineer, Asansol Division, P.W.D
