Providin, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to acieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 502 for low porosity surface and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridges work (4th Revision).

Providing,laying and rolling of opengraded premix surfacing of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates with batch type hot mix plant and using 60/70 penetration grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable

Providing and laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat Type-B using 0.06cum of 6.7mm size chips and 6.80kg of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen for 10sqm with 100-120 TPH

Earth work in ordinary soil from approved borrow area by mechanical means including loading into & transportation by transport vehicles & unladoing the same on Properly prepared surface including rough dressing & breaking clods etc. all complete
