REPAIR TO ROOFING, FALSE CEILING, WALL PANELLING, JOINERY, ROLLING SHUTTER AND ALLIED WORK SERVICES AT MCMM UNDER GE (EAST) JABLPUR

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in roof/floors other than ground level beam, stair case, landing, chajjas and similar items including water proofing treatment in any layers and removal of debris to distance exceeding 250m and not exceeding 500m from the site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 (Type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in levelling course, average thick 40 mm, to match the undulations of roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surface in cement mortar 1:3 to receive the roof finishes using water proofing liquid (WPL Shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fillet of 75mm size using PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) at the junction of all horizontal and vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.50 kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weight not less than 160 gm/sqm) laid over primed surface including bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384-1965 applied @ 0.3 ltr/ Sqm by torched application complete all as speficied. Three course roof treatment consists of as under :- (i) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384-1965 @ 0.30 ltr/Sqm. (ii) Laying APP based membrane as specififed. (iii) Applying a layer of blown grade bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm conforming to IS : 702

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric ( weight not less than 150 gms /sqm) laid over primed surface including bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.3 ltr/Sqm by torched application complete all as specified and directed. Four course roof treatment consists of as under :- (a) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 Ltr per sqm. (b) Laying of APP based membrane as specified thickness and weight. (c) Applying two coat of aluminium paint @ 100ml/sqm.

M&L for Cement concrete tiles 25 cm x 25 cm x 22 mm thick, machine pressed including provision of 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 with using water proofing compound, joints shall be filled with grey cement but no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling battens for tiles of any size including tilting fillets spaced exc 15cm complete all as specified and directed.
