Dismantling old PGI / CGI / Fiber sheeting any gauge, thickness including Nainital. Sikkim or similar pattern roof / facia including ridge etc. and keeping serviceable sheets in safe custody for re-use complete all as directed.

Fixing only old CGI sheet with two corrugations side lap fixed eith L-type or J-type hook, bolts complete all as directed.

S & F 2.00 mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof and wall etc complete all as directed.

Supply and fix 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheets of any colour and any pattern as approved having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as in roof complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheets of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, valley, eaves, etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness , size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/springs clips and removal from the site complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass panes, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty including steel pin in square n.exc 0.5sq. m in each pane fixed to steel frame complete all as specified & as directed.

S & F decorative fascia eaves board of 200mm width under roof made of fiber cement board colour matching with the roof complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20mm dia aluminium powder coated fancy type curtain rod plain or colour as approved with teak wood finish brackets and knobs complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as directed.

S & F Mild Steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for mild steel rolled sections conforming to Fe - 290 (Gde E-165) as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafter and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates including truss complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer to new or previously un-treated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair face of brick or stone masonary of wall surfaces finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling board (fibre pulp, insulation etc.,) / AC sheets and plywood any thickness and cover fillets and removal of dismantled materials / rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4 mm thick plywood, 3 ply, grade BWR, type BB, fixed with screws to timber frame work in wall / ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials & labour for 6 mm thick plywood, 5 ply, grade BWR, type BB, fixed with screws to timber frame work in wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 2nd class hard wood plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean swan, secured with nails, cross sectional area exc 03 sq.cm & n.exc 06 sq.cm, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F powder coated GI grid frame work for false ceiling comprising of the following sections for making partitions of 595mm x 595mm size fixed to walls with rawl plugs & screws and hanged to roof with and including 1mm dia GI wire suspender of suitable length and butterfly clips, size of main tee shall be 23mm x 28mm x 0.30mm thick, cross tee shall be 23mm x 28mm x 0.30mm thick and wall angle shall be 20mm x 20mm x 0.30mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards (E-board) of approved texture, for insulation and acoustic purpose of size 595 x 595 mm size fixed with staples on snap grid as in ceiling with and including dusting of surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion diatemper over a coat of primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in Charge.

S&F 8/9mm thick PVC ceiling/wall panels of interlocking types, width 250/255 mm with lamination design and exc 60% of PVC content including necessary H-joints, internal/external corner trim, corner cove,F/J edge trims where required fixed with hidden screws to and including steel/wooden frame work of width 75 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40sqcm and over in section any position as in unframed work complete all as directed.

Fixing only 2nd class hard wood timber scantling timber frame and fixed complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (Square / Rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm , as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed/bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutter and rain water pipes (any size and pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks etc including removal to stores complete all as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes, half round 150mm bore with rounded edges including all accessories like bend `T' etc for eaves gutter complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat of oil bound distemper on old decorated wall surfaces including necessary preparation of surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of existing distempered or painted surfaces complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring for light, fan, socket or power point complete with fittings such as switches, fan regulators, light fittings, tube light fittings, bracket light fittings and ceilling rose, holders and including making good the disturbed surface on walls, complete all as directed.

M & L for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable, 1100 volt, FRLSH grade of size 1.5Sqmm drawn through and including surface PVC casing & caping (ISI Marked) with accessories including PVC Box and hylem sheet including 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable for earth continuty green in colour for one light point/fan point/Bell point/ 5 Amp socket independent board controlled by one 5/6 Amps one way switch complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:-(i) All the disturbed surfaces of wall / ceiling shall be made good to match the existing wall / ceiling finishes and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down the complete hanging lamp fitting of any type and in any location and refixing the same with accessories, including provision for cable from celling rose to fitting, complete all as spcefied.
