(b) Laying APP polymer modified approved membrane, non woven, polyester, weighing not less than 3.6 kg/Sqm and 3mm thick with laps & overlaps as specified & joints sealed and applied complete by torch application method all as specified & directed as per manufactures instruction by Engr-in-Charge. Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakagge & seepages and rectifying the same to the entire satisfaction of GE. (c) applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 ltr/Sqm on the top of membrane (d) Finally all outer side of membrene to be sealed by torching with waterproofing seleant surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 100mm thick cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate)as in sub base including use of necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed .

M &L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide,filled with sealing compound.grade A complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) made of hollow tube for door chowkat / frame / stair/ railing/Duct /grating /drain with cover made of channels, plates,angles etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the duct with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the wall and floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in- charge, Note: (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.) all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge..

Note: All fittings and fixture should be ISI marked and to be approved by Engr-In-Charge before execution.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames / metal frame or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads of any description

S&F 4mm thick frosted sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n.exe 0.5 sqm in each pane , fixed to aluminium frame or wooden frame and incl suitable rubber beading complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old treated any Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, fill the gap or crack, hole with filler/putty etc including cleaning and make the surface smooth and applying One coat of Duco painting by auto spray machine etc till the surface became fine glosy finish complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, hard dense soil etc comple all as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire etc complete all as spd and as directed.
