Laying of double layer G.I. chain link fencing for CISF barrack building

Excavation in all type of soil (loam clay or sand) including lift up 1.5 M and lead upto 30 M and including filling,ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the E/I upto a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches (U.P.P.T.C.L. 4.01)

C.C. with 20 mm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand and cement in proportion 4:2:1 including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (U.P.P.T.C.L. 5.06)

Concrete with 4 cm. gauge down graded stone ballast, coarse sand and cement in 12:6:1 proportion in foundation and under floors and supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (U.P.P.T.C.L. 5.01)

1st class brick work in 1:6 cement & coarse sand in foundation and plinth including the cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. (U.P.P.T.C.L. 6.01)

12 mm thick plaster 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. complete (U.P.P.T.C.L. - 11.09)

M.S. work in heavy size large sections such as trusses, built-up gates, doors & windows frames, angle post, roof work, grill or railing, grating T/F rail etc. wrought to required form including supply of steel bolts,nuts,wastage etc. and their fixing charges, drilling holes, welding etc. required for proper completion of work. (U.P.P.T.C.L. S.O.R.-2023, Item No. - 9.01)

S/F 50x50mm, 8 gauge G.I. chain link fencing of required height including fixing to vertical posts, horizontal runners with 10rnm dia. 40mm long bolts, nuts and washers complete with all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Chain link of 8 gauge shall be galvanized by hot dipped method as per relevant IS Code. (Excluding cost Of vertical posts and horizontal runners) (U.P.P.T.C.L. SOR, item no. 9.23)

P/F concertina coil fencing with required dia 600 mm upto 3m height of wall between existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3m apart and with 6 horizontal R.B.T stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or GI barbed wire tied to angle iron all complete (No. of rounds will be 7 to 8 in one meter length) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T). Spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) of supreme make or equivalent and weight 43.478 gm/meter (cost of MS angle CC blocks shall be paid separately) (UPPTCL - 9.37)

Painting or varnishing on iron works in small areas of new wood work with 1 coat of ready mixed priming paint and 1 coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all mterial, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Paint to be used should confirm to the ISI no. 103-1950 (U.P.P.T.C.L.-13.01)

Painting or varnishing on iron works in small areas of new wood work for every coat after 1st coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all mterial, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Paint to be used should confirm to the ISI no. 103-1950 (U.P.P.T.C.L.-13.02)
