RFP for regular Energy Bill Audit services and its compliance electrification work cum operation and maintenance service for Street Lights, PHE, Tube Wells, Public gardens, Office Buildings, Sulabh Complex electrical connection etc. under GMC Gwalio

Energy Audit & Operation and Maintenance work :- Manpower required for performing following actions :- 1) Disconnection of all illegal meter on day to day basis. 2) Circuit formation for all disconnected circuits. (Required Electrical material will be supplied by GMC Gwalior) 3) Monthly Smart Meter bill reading & analysis, providing report related to supply variation, miscalculation or additional charge. 4) Complaint for any excess loads and loses in transformer & meter connection. 5) Rearrangement of cable network for accurate load calculation. 6) Closure of all unused meter connection. 7) Change of tempered/non-working MPEB meters. 8) MPEB meter invoice load and supply variation settlement. 9) Energy auditing services for losses and load analysis. 10) Conducting Energy Audit for tempered, avg. billing meters Note :- Minimum Manpower Strength per month :-1 Site Manager, 3 Electrician, 2 Lineman, 2 Helper including travel allowance and daily allowance (Per Meter) performing all above mentioned job work. LT Conn. 2250 PHE + 1330 Elec. Dept. = 3580 Nos. (Count may vary as per site and additional meter installation in future) HT Meters not included due to outsourced to third party vendor
