SCHEDULE A BOQ
Dismantling/ taking down old existing unserviceable cement plaster, loose/ unsound weaken cement concrete of any description and in any position from existing external / internal surface of RCC roof/slab/beams/ columns/RCC facias for an average depth of 25mm (Approx height 7.5m from natural ground level) with power driven pneumatic flat/pointed chisel and removing the honeycombed area including all the corners and making a neat profile of the cavities, roughen the smooth surface, scrapping out/removing corrosion all loose/scale/rust etc from the visible reinforcement by applying rust remover such as Rust Off 100 of make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s STP Limited, and cleaning the steel reinforcement properly to receive concrete as specified below all as manufacturers instructions and all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.The unit rate quoted against this item is deemed to include finishing the distrubed concrete surface as given below:-
(i) Providing cement based angle fillet for 75mm X 75mm admixed with Sikacim, integral waterproofing liquid, M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s STP Limited, @ 0.2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions over a coat of acrylic emulsion bonding agent such as Sika Latex in 1:1:3 ratio of Make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/S Fosroc chemicals, M/s STP Limited having specific gravity of 1.02 or as per manufacturer’s instructions with necessary surface preparation such as creating mechanical key like roughing the surface by scrabbing, grit blasting and cleaning the existing surface using high pressure water jet machine having pressure upto 500 bar pressure to remove the dirt, dust, loose particles , wax, efforencene and other contaminations from the surface of RCC columns/beams/slabs/facia/any brick/stone surfaces etc all as manufactures and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
(ii) Providing and applying FRIAZINC R, corrosion inhabiliting Active Zinc rich primer of make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s STP Limited along the exposed reinforcement surface property and allowed to dry.
(iii) Providing and applying Hibond, Epoxy based Thixotropic bonding adhesive of Make of M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s STP Limited over the prepared concrete surface to get a good bonding between existing concrete surface and providing Sika Rep Microcrete 4 Fiber reinforced cementitious repair micro concrete of make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s STP Limited over Epoxy based bonding agent applied area before 6 Hrs etc including providing necessary proportions , bracing and runners to relieve the member from the load coming on it including scaffolding leak proof shuttering with working platform as required and as per design and pattern complete including preparing the surface to match with the existing surface all as specified and directed.
M&L Providing and filling epoxy putty into all well defined stone crack after opening up cracks in V grooves manner approximate 5X5mm size using mechanical cutter , cleaning shall be done to make it free from dirt,dust,loose particles and other contamination by using wire brush and compressed air blowers all as manufacturers instructions to receive following treatment for making good all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge:-
(i) Mixing base and hardner of Sikadur 31, 2-part thixotropic epoxy adhesive of Make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s STP Limited and having 100% solid contents, mixing density of 1.90kg/lit and compressive strength of 60N/sqmm using slow speed electrically operated mixing paddle(200-300RPM) and whilst the adhesive along the prepared surface and set flat upto the existing concrete profile and ensure to finishing the same using levelling trowel to remove the excess materials under tacky condition upto the existing concrete profile etc complete as per specification approved by the Engineer-in-charge
Note for Item No. 2 to 7 of BOQ :- (a) The work shall be carried out through authorized and qualified applicators of the any following manufacturer only :- M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s STP Limited.
(b) A performance guarantee certificate for two years shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE on completion of work as specified.
(c) Providing, fixing and erecting scaffolding in double face structure, as required along with approach system for the repairs / plastering of the buildings to facilitate execution of all items of works,complete with necessary support, propping system etc for external repair. The unit rate is deemed to be included this provision also.
(d) The unit quoted rated deemed to included for removing plant/ up rooting of vegetation growth including roots on wall/ roof/ parapet near pipe etc.
(e) The unit quoted rate deemed to be included for necessary safety equipments such as safety belt, ropes, helmets, netting etc mandatorily to be provided to labour working at height exceeding 3 mtr.
M&L Treatment of the sunken floor slab comprises of the following specification and all as specified Make :- Dr Fixit/ M/s Sika india Pvt Ltd/ STP Ltd/ M/s Fosroc Chemicals
(a) Demolition of cement concrete filling of any description in sunken portion in toilet and removing debris outside MD land.
(b) Cleaning the sunken/ lowered portion of RCC slab surfaces (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding conc to achieve proper sploe including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)
(c) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 10mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement consumed. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/ seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).
(d) All junctions points of side wall where CI/ GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty.
(e) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean.
(f) M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturers instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.
(g) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound 3% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturers specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout. (WPC shall be measured & paid separately).
(h) M&L PCC 1:5:10 type E2, using 40mm size graded stone aggregates complete all as specified
(j) M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm size stone aggregates , complete all as specified
Note :- Test the water proof area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage, seepage to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test shall be done in presence of reps of Engineer-in-Charge. The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator of chemicals. Cost of testing is included in the unit quoted rate above.
Supply Only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Make:-Dr. Fixit Pidi Proof or equivalent.
Note for item No 25 :- The work shall be carried out by authorised and qualified applicators of the above mentioned manufacturer.
S&F Vitreous china squatting pan 'Orissa' Pattern size 580x440mm white with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe ) including provision of lime concrete bedding fixed including taking existing one complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and Joint free Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile of size exc 0.09 Sqm but n exc 0.18 Sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as directed
Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 x 300 mm x 7/8 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles on vertical surface such as dado/ skirting including 10mm thick 1:3 backing coat complete all as specified and directed.
Note for item No 28 & 29 :- The manufacturer's test certificate of Tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation.
Preparation of plastered or un plastered old surfaces of walls, Chajja, balcony, facia etc. by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down, smoke shoots moulds, mass efflorescent salt, treating oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.
Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surface of wall, chajja, balcony, facia etc., brooming down or steel wire brushing down smoke soot, moulds mass, efflorescent, treating oil, greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
Preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall by using pressure washer, removal all dirt and dust and applying one coat of exterior emulsion weather proof paint complete all as specified and as directed.
Preparation of old decorated existing external surfaces of walls and providing one coat of acrylic washable distemper complete all as specified.
M&L Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames/steel frames glazed with putty or fixed with beads and material and labour for 4mm plain sheet glass ordinary quality and glazed with oil putty or fixed with fillets 2nd class hard wood of sectional area not exc 3 Sqcm and glass not exc 0.5 sqm each pane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Figured glass, pinhead type 3 mm thickwith oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sq. m in each pane, with beads, complete including dismantling existing damaged one all as specified & directed complete all as specified and as directed.
Repair of leakage/seepage from the Nahani trap/ floor trap of kitchen/ bathroom/ washbasin of the upper Qtr, in any position at any height, complete including change of floor trap, PVC horinzontal pipe embeded in floor in bathroom or kitchen making good to the damage portion of flooring, laying and matching of tiles in the existing flooring, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Repair of leakage/seepage from the wall/ door bend /door tee/ 'Y' junction/ 'T' Junction of soil pipe / waste pipe/ vent pipe of kitchen/ bathroom/WC of the upper Qtr or at the ground floor Qtr including change of any damage soil waste pipes or fittings of any shape, specification and size, making good to the damage portion of wall with brick work in cement mortar 1:6 or cement concrete 1:2:4 and plastering to wall in CM 1:4 and matching to existing wall complete to avoid the leakage/ seepage at the site of work as directed and specifie by the Engineer -in- charge
Note for item No 38 & 39 :- (a) Find out main cause of leakage and take necessary steps to resolve / rectify. (b) Replace existing tiles in case lakage through NT/FT. (c) The rate also include provision of new NT/FT. (d) The unit rate is also deemed to be included for reqd bonding chemicals to arrest the leakage/seepage as direct by the manufacturere specification. M&L Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete including demolition of existing concrete all as directed.
S&F in repairs framed work such as ladders framed back stress walkways, railings and similar work conforming complete all as specified and as directed.
Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces over 10 cm girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed
Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel over 10 cm width or girth, not other wise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint using mechanical means complete all as specified and as directed.
Preparation of old painted wooden surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint using mechanical means complete all as specified and directed.
Note for item No 48 to 50 :- (a) All synthetic enamel paint, shall be of 1st quality manufactured by the standard firms of make as specified.
(b) The contractor shall inform the GE, within three weeks of the acceptance of the tender, the brand/names of the manufacturers of paint proposed to be used in the works and submit samples thereof and obtain prior written approval of GE before their use in works.
(c) The contractor shall when so required by the GE, produce certificate from the manufacturer or their representative to establish that the brands of paints purchased by the contractor from them, satisfy the requirements of the relevant Indian Standards. Tint of paint will be approved by the GE.
(d) Paints shall be obtained direct from approved manufacturer or from their authorized agents only of respective brands mentioned below and brought to site in sealed containers. The paint so procured shall be of first quality of any approved make as per list of makes specified. i. Berger Paints (Luxol), ii. Jenson & Nicholson (Brolac), iii. Shalimar Paints(Superlac), iv. Goodlass Nerolac (Nerolac), v. Asian Paints(Apcolite)
(e) Unless otherwise specified the tints of paint shall be as approved by the GE
(f) The contractor shall submit samples of the paints proposed for the work along with results of tests conducted in approved laboratory as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for approval.
(g) The surface shall be thoroughly cleaned and dusted. All dirt scales oil and grease shall be thoroughly removed before painting is started. The prepared surface shall be inspected and approved by the GE before painting is commenced. The weather shall not be foggy/rainy, dusty or windy. The suitability of the weather will be determined by the Engineer-in-Charge.
(h) No hair marks from the brush or clogging of paint buddles shall be left on the work. Surface shall ordinarily not be painted until it has dried up completely. Trial patches of paint shall be laid at intervals to check if drying is satisfactory.
Preparation of old steel painted surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed .
M&L 75mm thick, plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates), laid in 1:20 slope as in plinth protection/path including making joints at 3.00 metre intervals and at each corner, the joint shall be filled with mastic filling (to full depth) comprising of one part heated hot blown bitumen 85/25 & two parts heated sand (by volume), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness and rubish material shall be disposal to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The concrete shall be laid at a stretch not exceeding 3 metre in length and width of joint shall not be more than 12 mm.
M&L Checking of floor, plinth, plaster etc requiring masonry work and carrying out minor repairs such as edges, patches etc, including petty repairs using sand, cement & aggregate to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The rates for plastering / plinth include for: (a) Preparing the surfaces. (b) Thickness of plaster/plinth key in joints, etc as per existing. (c) Anises, chamfers of any width, internal rounded angles upto 80mm in width or girth external rounded angles upto 80mm in width or girth. (d) All materials, labour and equipment & supply of integral waterproofing compound, (e) Scoring surface of plastering for key, where the surface is not required to be finished fair. (f) Plastering in patches (in repairs), exc 3 sq.m each patch, for preparing old walls to receive plastering'. Nothing extra shall be admissible for matching with existing work etc. (g) Any individual patch (other than nail hole, plug hole, etc.) are included for provided existing surface finish .
S&F Arboart collection luxury vinyl planks of size 6''x36'' (152.4mmx914.4mm) 7.25"x48" (184.mm x 1219.2mm) having an overall thickness of 2.00mm with an wear layer of 0.30mm thickness the fire resistance of which should be class I , as wall cladding which is structurally stable, clean levelled dry and free from dust, dirt wax, grease or any other foriegn material with a water based adhesive, roled thereafter with a 560 Kg roller. Make Armstrong works Industries or equivalent as approved by GE (incl demolition of old wall panelling with suitable frame as directed by manufacturers/Enginer-in-Charge by providing with angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc. and dismantling existing one complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L Marble tiles,mat finished, 10mm thick(rectangular/ Square) polished area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm in vertical surfaces, skirting/ dado etc laid over 10mm thick back coat in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles including taking down existing floor/ skirting finishes of any description complete all as directed.
M&L 4mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent plain sheeting with two side lap fixed with L-type or J type or cranked hook bolt all as spd including taking down existing sheet any type/description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Water proofing treatment of existing roofs as per details given below after complete removal of existing damaged water proofing treatment and expose of top surface of RCC slab of any thickness, any type by stripping out old tar felt over roofs, parapets, chimney stacks etc laid horizontally or vertically including taking out layer of cement plaster etc and cleaning the surface with water and using wire brush including removing debris to outside the MOD land complete all as specified and as directed :-
(a) Dismantling existing cement concrete/ roof tiles on roof including removing debris to outside MOD land as directed.
(b) Bring upto the slope by providing filling of light weight materials such as cinder, light weight concrete etc as required & then providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates of average thickness of 50 mm.
(c) Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete roof surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions.
(d) Surface should be free from any loose paint, dust or grease. Remove all existing bitumen coatings completely by using intense wire brushing, high speed water jet & vacuum cleaner for thorough cleaning of the surface to avoid ‘Peeling off’ problems.
(e) All cracks at corner joints, channels and parapets should be properly treated. For filling cracks upto 3mm crack seal material of M/s Asian paints or equivalent in M/s Dr Fixit or M/s Pidilite or M/s Sika chemical to be used. Bigger cracks, damaged portions & hollow areas must be repaired with polymer modified cement mortar.
(f) Apply a coat of self priming smart care damp proof ultra (Code 5698) of M/s Asian paints or equivalent in M/s Dr Fixit or M/s Pidilite or M/s Sika chemical with 33% dilution with water using brush/roller on newly plastered surface after curing as per IS-456 and allow to dry for 4 to 6 hours (dilution & forced coverage requirement strictly as per manufacturer’s instructions).
(g) After the primed surface has dried, apply first coat of water proofing smart care damp proof ultra (Code 5698) of M/s Asian paints or equivalent in M/s Dr Fixit or M/s Pidilite or M/s Sika chemical using brush/roller on the same primed surface & allow to dry for 4 to 6 hours.
(h) Prepare for apply 2nd coat of water proofing smart care damp proof ultra (Code 5698) of M/s Asian paints or equivalent in M/s Dr Fixit or M/s Pidilite or M/s Sika chemical using brush/roller on the same surface. The temp to be maintained 25 to 35° C through out the all above application work.
(j) In case of severe dampness an additional coat of damp proof materials to be applied.
Note for item No 70 to 79 :- (i) The work shall be carried out through authorized and qualified applicators of the following manufacturers only. MOU to be submitted before commencement of work. Make : M/s Asian paints or equivalent in M/s Dr Fixit or M/s Pidilite or M/s Sika chemical
(ii) Material shall be procured from the authorised manufacturer only.
(iii) A performance guarantee certificate and guarantee amount equal to 2.5% of WPT for 10 years shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE on completion of work as specified.
(iv) The unit quoted rate is deemed to include taking down of water pipeline, tanks, wires (etc) found on roof and refix at the original position after complete treatment of roof.
(v) Providing, fixing and erecting scaffolding in double face structure, as required along with approach system for the repairs / plastering of the buildings to facilitate execution of all items of works,complete with necessary support, propping system etc for external repair. The unit rate is deemed to be included this provision also.
(vi) The unit quoted rated deemed to included for removing plant/ up rooting of vegetation growth including roots on wall/ roof/ parapet near pipe etc.
(vi) The unit quoted rate deemed to be included for necessary safety equipments such as safety belt, ropes, helmets, netting etc mandatorily to be provided to labour working at height exceeding 3 mtr.

M&L 100mm thick, plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates), as in plinth protection/path/ hardstanding including making joints @ 3.00 metre intervals and at each corner, the joint shall be filled with mastic filling (to full depth) comprising of one part heated hot blown bitumen 85/25 & two parts heated sand (by volume), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness and rubish material shall be disposal to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The concrete shall be laid at a stretch not exceeding 3 metre in length and width of joint shall not be more than 12 mm.
M&L Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stones or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size, polished confirming to IS-15658 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade, laid over and including M sand cushion of 50mm thick and packing the sides with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) The Unit rate quoted is inclusive of Demolition of Stone Slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors,aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing of debris outside of MD land (b) The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate for tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation/fixing.
Dismantling/taking down old existing damaged cement plaster, loose/ unsound weaken cement concrete of any description and in any position from external / internal surface of RCC roof/ slab/ beams/ columns/ RCC facias for an average depth of 25mm (Approx height 7.5m from natural ground level) with power driven pneumatic flat/pointed chisel and removing the honeycombed area including all the corners and making a neat profile of the cavities, roughen the smooth surface, scrapping out/removing corrosion all loose/scale/rust etc from the visible reinforcement by applying. Geopolymer based Geo Krete-VR of Make eco materials or equivalent in FOSROC chemicals/ Tiki Tar/ M/s STP limited (as approved by GE) over the existing damaged surface including mixing mortar with recommended water cement ratio and levelled the surface to match with existing surface all as per manufacturer's instructions as specified and directed. Note:-The geo polymer based water impermeable ceiling and vertical surface repair mortar shall have compressive strength of 10 Mpa in 3 hours and 35 Mpa in 28 days without any water curing and curing compounds having a water penetration of less than 3mm when tested as per DIN 1048 and RCPT value of less than 900 coloumbs when tested as per ASTM C 1202.
Note for item No 101 :- The tenderer shall take into consideration the following points while quote rate for the above item :-
(a) Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, or concrete or ceilings etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., including removal of rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing unserviceable materials outside MD land and leaving the work clear of any plastering or Racking out joint/pointing to stone masonry, coursed or uncoursed in wall complete all as specified and directed. The unit rate is deemed to be included this provision also.
(b) Surface preparation such as creating mechanical key like roughning the surface by scrubbing, grit blasting and cleaning the existing surface using high pressure water jet machine having pressure up-to 500 to remove the dirt, dust, loose particles, wax, efforencence and other contaminations from the surface of RCC columns/beams/slabs/ facia/any brick/stone surfaces etc all as manufactures and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The unit rate is deemed to be included.
(c) Providing, fixing and erecting scaffolding in double face structure, as required along with approach system for the repairs / plastering of the buildings to facilitate execution of all items of works,complete with necessary support, propping system etc for external repair. The unit rate is deemed to be included this provision also.
(d) Material shall be procured from the authorised manufacturer only.
(e) The work shall be carried out through authorised and qualified applicators of the manufacturer only.
Repair to ends of chajjas/ parapets by removing old concrete, loose material ,& cleaning of the reinforcement and finishing the surface in cement mortar 1:3 , finished fair & even and making good with existing finishes all as specified and directed. Note: Rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to inclusive of double steel scaffolding and water proofing compound.
Removing plant/Uprooting of vegetation growth including roots on wall/roof/ parapet near pipes etc and applying acid treatment after removing roots for preventing regrowth and making good disturbed surfaces/area in superficial area exc 150sq.cm but n.exc 400 sq.cm and averaging depth not exceeding 10 cm by using PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) or 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 as required and finishing the surfaces to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.
Note for item No 109 :- (a) Rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to inclusive of double steel scaffolding. (b) Contractor shall provided safety gears to his workers at his own cost and safety precaution to avoid accidents.
Dismantling the existing unservicible gully trap including chamber and material and labour for provision of new salt glazed stoneware gully trap, square or round mouth type "P" of size 180X150mm, including setting and jointing in cement mortar 1:1 in chamber with plain cement concrete base in PCC 1:2:4 type B1, brick work in cement mortar 1:4, rendering in cement mortar 1:4, all around finished even and fair using extra cement, Precast cover slab in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates, reinforcement with 6mm dia in both ways etc, including provision of handle etc complete all as specified and as directed.
