Providing and fixing 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain & impect resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalant 300x300mmx25mm manufactured of approved shade & colour in flooring, treads of steps & landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete.

White glazed tiles 6 mm thick in skirting risers of steps and dado 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement is to three sand) and finished with flush pointing in white cement with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.(Item No 24 & 25)

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt,dust and other foreign matter, sand papering & stoping With enamel paint other than white with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brusing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt,dust and other foreign matter With white readymixed paint with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Polishing two coats with french polish of required shade on new wood and wood based surfaces to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and sand papered smooth and including a coat of wood filler with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Applying Birla white/JK white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping dust, loose materials and other foreign matter snad papered smooth to give final finish to the surface complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Finishing wall with water proof exterior grade emulsion of approved shade (Apexultima) or its equivalent on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

6 mm Cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortor 1:3 (one cement isto three sand) with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

20 mm Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick / concrete / stone walls for interior plastering upto floor all level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm (eighty millimeters) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75 mm thick (unconsolidated) bed of dry brick/ stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimeters) nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing plinth protection 50mm (fifty millimeters) thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (one Cement is to three Sand is to six Graded stone aggregated 20 mm (twenty millimeters) nominal size) with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.
