Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 meters

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (Earth work for the cutting involved for sub-grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil) complete as per HP.PWD specifications.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etc. with earth or quarry soil etc. and rerolling the sub-grade complete as per HP.PWD specifications.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade & camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 1 (By mechanical means) as per Technical Specification Clause 404. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts including mechanical means.

Providing and applying priming coat with Bitumen emulsion ( SS- 1 ) on prepaired surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg /sqm. using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion ( RS- 1 ) uasing emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20-0.25 kg /sqm. on the prepaired bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bitminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and alingment, rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction as MORTH specification Clause No. 509 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.50 percent of mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alingment , rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause no. 507 complete in all respects.

Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structures upto 3 m depth as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.1 includding setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth

Providing and laying plain / reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 802 ;803; 1202 and 1203 P.C.C. grade-M-10 (i) Nominal mix 1:3:6 including the cost of centering and shuttering in open foundation.

Supplying fitting and placing TMT bar reniforcement ( Fe 415 ) in substructrue complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1002,1005,1010.& 1202

Providing weep holes in brick masonary/stone masonary, plain/ reinforced concrete abutment , wing wall, return wall, with 100mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V) 20 (H) towards drawings face complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 614,709,1204.3.7

Back filling behind abutment , wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings and Technical specification Clause 1204.3 .8
