Supply & Fixing of 220V, Single Phase, 50 Hz A.C heavy duty exhaust fan of following sizes having complete metal body. (Make- EPC/ USHA/Orient CROMTON) [ISI mark, IP55 rated] 450 mm (18"), 4 Blade, RPM ≤ 950 , Wattage ≤ 145 Watt, Sound level ≤ 56 dB, Air Displacement (In CMH) ≥ 2550 (Both Side Protection with metal Frame of Each FAN.)

Fixing only recess mounted 2 ft X 2 ft LED Luminaire and hanging the fitting by GI wire and 'L' clamp after cutting / opening the false ceiling incl. mending good the damages as per direction & choice of EIC.

It is stated that the above work place is existing COVID Hospital, In case of any mishap or accidental to any staff that deputed by the agency the whole responsibility is to be borne by the concern agency. 2. The Agency shall be responsible for provisioning of all COVID safety measures including regular sanitiziation of work places, vaccination of employees and compliance of stated directive and COVID appropriate norms. 3. All the issues related to the safety of the staffs should be taken care by the agency itself. (Defect Libilities period for 01 year from the date of completion of work) (Rate should be quotated including all taxes and duties)
