Execution of work under Minor Civil and Electric Work (Conservation of Ancient Monument) To Repair of a Palace on a Hill and Adjoining step well with large Tunnel at Kulpahar Mahoba

Provision for Earth Work in Excavation by Manual means under foundation trenches or floor (not exceeding 1.50 mt in width or 10 sqm. In plan) in ordinary soil but having stone boulder and kankar with the help of special type of T & P as pickaxe, subble etc. and disposal of excavated soil for filling in down area by spreading, dressing, levelling and ramming of undulated area including supply of all labour and T & P. Required proper completion work at site.

Provision for cleaning of malba, rubbish, garbage and other refused below ground level up to 5-8 mt. Including excavation, loading in trolley and disposal of the same out of 1.00 km. work will be executed very carefully with all safety measures and stacking of useful material which will be found for reuse in conservation work. Including all the labour and T & P required proper completion of work at the site.

Provision for Earth Work in filling with local soil free from grass, garbage and other forgiven material including spreading of soil, proper ramming watering and compaction. Filling of soil not more than 30 cm thick profile. Including all the labour, material and T & P. Required proper completion work at site.

Provision for fixing of M.S. door with hollow sqr pipe 60x60xmm of thickness 3 mm, angle iron 50x50x6 mm, flat iron 50x6 mm and 16 mm dia bars fabricated as per designed by the department. Including providing all necessary fixtures as hand rail, locking arrangement bush, bearing etc. including all the labour and T & P Required proper completion of work at the site. (Drawing enclosed)

Provision for fixing of iron gate with angle iron 50x50x6 mm frame and door leaf with angle iron 40x40x5 mm, flat iron 40x5 mm and iron bars 12 mm dia fabricated as per designed by the department. including all the labour and T & P Required proper completion of work at the site. (Drawing enclosed)

Provision for fixing of safety mash in circular shape on well with angle iron 40x40x5 mm and flat iron 25x5 mm fabricated as per designed by the department. including all the labour and T & P Required proper completion of work at the site. (Drawing enclosed)

Provision for removal Malba, fallen debris having stone boulders, plaster chunks etc. Including excavation of malba, shorting of useful Material as stone for re-use in work and stacking of refused with in 60 mtr. For further disposal of the same out of monument by mechanical transport. Including all the labour and T & P. Required proper completion of work at the site.

Provision of Making of masonry tank of size 2.50x1.50x0.90 m for slacking of lime, mixing, grinding of lime mortar for conservation work. Tank will be made by CR stone masonry, cement concrete. Including all the supply of material, labour and T & P required proper completion of work at the site.
