Unit rate towards Dismantling of the structural - damaged portions of the chimney / duct / other accessories and disposal of the same at designated places after weighment at Stores as per Scope of work.
Unit rate towards Fabrication of new portions of chimney / duct inclusive of flanges other structural accessories after weighment. Tools tackle to be provided by the contractor at his cost. Required steel will be provided by IREL.
Unit rate towards Erection of new portions of chimney / duct / other structural accessories after weighment as per Scope of work.
Unit rate towards Surface preparation for painting of all steel structures of chimney, ducts, supporting structures, platforms, ladder and other accessories using buffing wheel, with all scaffoldings, safety appliances, tool & tackles to be provided by the contractor at his cost.
Unit rate towards Applying two coats of heat resistant Aluminium paint (Heat, acid & alkali resistant paint) of 25 mics / coat, safely at all heights of steel structures in accordance with painting system adherence to manufacturer’s instructions for use and allowing for specified surface drying time between successive coats with all scaffoldings, safety appliances to be provided by the contractor at his co
