Demolition of Brick Work/concrete/Stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar as in drain/compound wall etc of any description.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:6 block masonry type C1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded agg) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation concrete.

M&L for providing cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 ( 20 mm graded agg)as in coping, bed plates for angle iron etc

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubing down with water etc.and removing from the campus

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair face brick wall and concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without usingh extra cement CM 1:6

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 2 (using 20mm graded coarse aggregate) as surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.50 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m deep and taking out in fdn in soft/ loose soil.

M&L concrete ( 1 : 3 : 6) type C-2 to drain pipes including packing under haunching against sides for 150 mm dia pipe

M&L concrete ( 1 : 3 : 6) type C-2 to drain pipes including packing under haunching against sides for 100 mm dia pipe

M&L salt glazed stoneware drain pipes laid in trenches 150mm dia and jointed including demolition of old pipe if required at site all as specified

M&L for PVC (SWR) Pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches 150mm bore and jointed including demolition of old pipe if required at site all complete all as specified.

M&L for laying of DWCPE (SN-04) Sewage pipe line 150mm dia bore of pipe incl sealing of joints, fittings etc complete with collars and including concrete bed type C2, 1:3:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PVC (SWR) Pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches 110mm bore and jointed including demolition of old pipe if required at site all complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm of soft/loose soil.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed not exc 1.5 above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Reinforced precast cement concrete manhole cover slab of any description and in any position including and segregation of reinforcement etc

S&F FRP manhole cover size 1.00 x1.00mtr, minimum 25 mm thick including FRP frame with hold fast, fixing with cement concrete 1:2:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no.18 hereinbefore but size 0.60x0.60 mtr

S&F Pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 for cover slab for man holes and set in cement mortar (1:6)

M&L for mildsteel deformed ,TMT bars 6 to 8 mm cut to length bend to shape require including cranking hooping ends binding in & wine annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of 100mm blocked sewage lines including cleaning of manholes by mechanical means, manholes to manholes in any depth, cleaning and removing muck/sludge /liquid mud (in foul position) from pipes including testing of pipes by filling with water complete all as specified and as directed. Note - Line to be cleared with 5 hours of receipt of complaints. Penalty as speicified will be imposed thereafter.

Taking out sludge, Liquid from septic tank, removing muds, in foul position by mechanicla means, removing from site including all labour, T&P etc and convinience for transportaion complete as directed.

Attending complaints of floor trap/nahani trap, gulley trap etc by removing muck/sludge/liquid/dry mud etc (in foul position) complete all as specified and as directed. Note - Complaints must be attended within 5 hours of receipt of complaints. Penalty as speicified will be imposed thereafter.

Cleaning of manholes upto 1 Mtr depth including taking off manhole covers and refixing the same in position of any size of Man holes.

Cleaning/clearing of each sewer line block in between MES sewage line and BWSSB sewage line under ground of any depth by removing any type of blockage including desilting, descaling and de-chocking from drain mechanically with combined high pressure water jeting cum suction (Vacuum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV and having facilities of high pressure water jetting, high pressure vacuum and flushing after cleaning/clearing of sewage line.The entire sludge water shall be disposed off out of Defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) incl staking serviceable material and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation as sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine Pre cast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment as in ramps/Hardstandings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F chequered cement concrete tiles 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6.
