Demolishing cement concrete of nominal concrete (1:3:6) or richer mix (including equivalent design mix) manually/ by mechanical means in any description including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge all as specified and as directed

Providing and laying Non skid Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red, Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sq.m including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles of Size 450mmx300mm conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, as in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window cills, fillets, sunken floor, sub base etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade for sunken floor, sub base excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, all works up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for providing and laying water proofing treatment to sunken portion of WCs , Bathroom and kitchen etc by applying cement slurry mixed with two component Elastomeric Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating of make as approved in TI 5/2003 . The following procedures to be adopted during the execution of work :(i) Cleaning the sunken /lowered portion of RCC slab surface for full depth of sunken floor by wire brush, Chisel out any mortar sticking the surface, All pipes passing through walls of sunken floor shall be laid before water proofing treatment is carried out .One 40 mm dia PVC pipes , 35 cm long medium grade GI pipe with wire gauge on inside mouth shall be provided to each sunken portion (ii) Applying FOSROC Nitoproof 600PF (Minimum 0.8 mm dft ) over a priming coat of Nitoproof WB primer or Equivalent product of Asian paints , M/s MC Bauchemic / CIPY/ SIKA/ Pidilite Dr Fixit / Thermax/STP applied as per manufacturer,s Instructions to bottom and full vertical sides of sunken floors all as specified and as directed. Contd.. 7.01

(iii) Fill it with water and check for dampness and seepage . In case the slightest indication of seeepage / leakage is noticed, the same shall be rectified by injection grouting to seal all cracks or application of Polymer modified mortar FOSROC Nitobond SBR or equivalent of M/s MC Bauchemie/ CIPY/ SIKA/ Pidilite Dr Fixit / Asian paints / Thermax / STP admixed with Integral WPC or Cementitious crystalline waterproofing compound in the affected area to seal all cracks and micro cracks if any : and this shall be done by contractor at his own cost. (iv) Apply additional coat of FOSROC Nito proof 600 PF or equivalent or Asian paints / M/s MC Bauchemie/ CIPY/ SIKA/ Pidilite Dr Fixit / Asian paints / Thermax / STP. (v) All junction points of side walls where CI/ GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy cement mortar . NOTE :-: (i) The sunken slab sloped towards outer face so as the drain the water to GI spout pipe. (ii) Coving shall be provided at the junction of slab with the wall. (iii) Nahni trap shall be 10 mm below finished floor level .Ensure the drain of pipe dia is larger than the Nahni trap size. (iv) The outer end of the spout should be chamfered

Providing and fixing in repairs white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required :W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid complete all as specified and as directed

Earth work in surface excavation in all kind of soils not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge

Material and labour for Cement concrete pavement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement & pigment, 20cm x 20cm x 25mm/30cm x30cm x25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix steel work for hot finished seamless type tubes in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Steel work for gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel steel works and pointing synthetic enamel paint of approved. Two or more coats on new work.

Supply and fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strenght of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl Item No.63 above but plain sheet for ridge and for cladding complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work for all kinds of soil in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Material and labour for Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate, 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources), for all work up to plinth level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate, 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources),in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level upto floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of walls, finishing the surfaces even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on newly plastered wall surfaces including preparation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres complete all as specified and directed.

Soling (or sub base) 100mm thick with broker boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting of bituminous road / floor for laying of pipe / cables not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep including refilling / with material and , watering well ramming / compacting and making good with PCC 1;2;4,type B-1, 100mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- PCC shall be measured separately.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded aggregate for making good the disturbed portion of road/floor/platform etc including form work compaction etc all as specfied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
