Supply, installation and commissioning of outdoor type LT MCCB cubicle having IP-65 protection. The cubicle shall be provided with double door with suitable rated busbar arrangement for fixing of CTs and other peripherals and other equipments as stated below: ► 4 Pole 63A rating 36kA, (Ics=Icu), micro processor based MCCB, having O/L, S/C, protection & earth fault protections and RHOMS. - 1 No ►Multi data meter having current, voltage, frequency, power factor, kW etc,. with suitable rated CTs, indication lamps for showing on / off / trip indications. -1 Set ►Mains Indication lamps with necessary control MCB. -1 Set ►3 phase 4 wire CT operated digital energy meter with suitable rated CTs having class - 1. - 1 No The MCCB shall be mounted on suitable size enclosure made out of 2 mm thick sheet steel with powder coated paint. The enclosure shall be provided with earthing termial at 2 points. The gland plate shall be of 3mm. The MCCB shall be provided with spreader links terminal sheilds, barrier and all other components complete as required. Also provision shall be provided at bottom for terminating 2R x 50sq.mm Al.cable for incoming and outgoing cable.The GA shall be got approved before fabrication. The enclosure shall be fixed on the floor using cement concerate pedestal, necessary bracket, hardware, fasteners etc., as required.

Supplying and fixing of 4 way (4 + 12), Double door surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer ) as required

Installation testing commissioning of 100A, auto changeover system on the wall surface using necessary fasteners etc., (The ATS will be provided by departmentally.)

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240 / 415 V, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply of 4C x 50 sq.mm power Cables, strandded Aluminum conductor conductor,XLPE Insulated,cores laid up, PVC tape innersheathed, Armour, galvanised steel strip),extruded PVC Type ST2 sheathed,650/1100V grade as per IS 7098(Part 1) 1988 as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of above 35 sq. mm and up to 95 sq. mm size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required.

Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of .above 35 sq. mm and up to 95 sq. mm size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of above 35 sq. mm and up to 95 sq. mm size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV (A2XFY) of 1.1Kv grade as required. The make of the gland as required.

Supply & Installation of maintenance free earthing. The earth electrode shall be copper coated steel rod of 17.2 mm dia and 3 meter long filled with loresco powder chemical carbon compound 50 pounds with necessary clamps made out of SS of 25 mm for earth electrode. The earth pit shall be constructed with cement brick chamber and heavy duty plastic cover. The above maintenance free earthling system shall confirm to IS 3043/IEE: 80 BS: 7430 IEC 60364-5 as required.

Supplying and laying of 25 mm X 5 mm G.I.strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer, etc. as required. (jointing shall be done dy overlapping and with 2 set of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.
