Excavatingin trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for laying of cable, foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil including forming bottom surface to required level or slope, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exceeding 50 m and depositing at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified & directed by Engineer-in - Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming excavated soft/loose soil in layers , all as specified and directed at site

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable using locally available fine clean dry river sand over,under ground UG cable laid in treches and gently punning to cushioning to cable complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured.

M&L for brick protection cover of size 230x115x75 mm to LT underground cables with sub class 'B' over burnt brick, (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for HV cover to HTunderground cables class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mm x l80mm x 40 mm laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of pole / strut etc including necessary form work all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Boring/Drilling (horizontally) manually under min 0.5 to 2 m deep in soil below existing road suitable for passing GI tubing of 40 to 80 mm bore complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing light grade 80mm dia for protection of cable on pole , under road crossing or across drain , along electric pole or floor /wall complete all as specified and directed .

Supply , installation, testing and commissioning including transportation at site , transformer step down out door type copper wound complete with standard fitting , LT 433 volt 3 phase 4 wire 50c/s outgoing and 11 kV 3 phase incoming oil immersed naturally oil cooled 100 KVA capacity complete with first filling of adequate transformer oil with tap changing arrangement on HT side to varry secondary voltage +/- 2.5%,+/-5% and +/-7.5% complete with off load circuit taping switch drain valve diagram plate jointing material,connection etc along with fittings complete as per IS-1180 part-1:2014 and BEE certified Energy efficiency level -2, including 10% extra oil and Rail section, channel embedded in foundation of suitable size in and including PCC (1:3:6) type C- 1 plateform of size not less than 2.0 X 2.0 X 1.2 M and necessary earth work and excavation as directed or as per manufacturer recommendation complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded al conductor 11000 volts (Earthed) grade of size 3 core 95 Sqmm .

Supply and fixing of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, transportation, fixing and erection of steel tubular sewaged pole 11 mtr long complete with MS base plate ,finial taper plug nut bolts,screws as specified type 410 SP-55 as per relevant IS specification including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and including making alternate red and black strips 30 cm height (Total 5 Nos ) complete all as specified and directed.(Excavation and PCC will be measured and paid seprately.)

Supply fabricate , fixing structural mild steel RS joist , channel angle iron, flat iron and brackets etc for fabrication of cross arms, bracing supports clamps including D clamps, eye hook and back plate etc fabricated from structural steel section including nuts , bolts, washers, welding (cold and hot ) drilling holes for bolts, bend to any shape or size as indicated and directed , inclusive of one primer coat and two coats of aluminium paint after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing of Switch air break, gang operated triple pole mechanically operated mounted on with 9 insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism working from ground level current rating upto 400A, 11000 V grade having nine insulators, vertical type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of expulsion drop out fuse carrier assembly outdoor & channel type 400 Amps capacity and insulators suitable for HT 11 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20 cm size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for anti climbing devices; comprising 2.24mm dia galvanised steel 2-strand barbed wire with 2.00mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5 to 1.0 metre clamped and properly secured or as ordered (clamps measured separately) complete all specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 sq mm 3.5 core Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cmx 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm as earthing lead by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES Schedule part I with and including excavation & earth work in any type of soil, providing charcoal dust and common salt upto 15 cm above top edge of earth plate, construction of PCC pit in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 with 40 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 reinforced with 8 mm dia MS deformed bars @ 100mm center to center both ways watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and watering pipe of 20mm dia GI medium grade and 40mm dia medium grade pipe for earth lead protection and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above but using25x 4 mm GI strip

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of out door type LT feeder piller box of suitable size, pedastal mounted, CPRI type tested factory made totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, double leaf shutter in front and single leaf shutter in rear side made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, framing with 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick MS angle iron and legs of size 0.5m long . duly fabricated and having proper looking amangement in both front and rear door with 4 side slanting canopy duly projected and painted to both internal and Extemal surfaces with powder coating paint in heat process of sheet and suitable for 500 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system and comprising with and induding following accessories and mounted on suitable PCC platform & necessary foundation complete with the following accessories all as spedtied and as directed ( Main LT Panel )
