CIVIL WORK Providing labour, tools & plants (T&P), and sundries for dismantling of existing selfie point, including removal of lettering/signage, dismantling of flooring, PCC, and sand filling; complete with backfilling, site dressing, and disposal of dismantled materials within a lead of 10 km, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (EIC).(a) Ground Floor

Dismantling and removing R.C.C. columns beams slab staircase landing lintels including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead

Dismantling brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar under 3m. height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50mtr lead.

Dismantling and removing old tiled flooring including removing the base coarse and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead

Dismantling and removing old tiled cladding from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead

Excavation of founation in hard rock (granite) removed by chiselling including dressing and levelling the bed not exceeding 1.5m in depth and depositing the soil within initial lead of 50m and as per specification approved by the Department. (a) Upto 1.5 Mtr Depth

(b) From 1.5m to 3.00m depth

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches, column foundation, pit, etc in all kind of soil including moorum stony earth and gravel mixed with boulders except sheet rock and boulders not requiring blasting including dressing of sides and levelling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site with initial lead of 50 mtr and all lifts, including shoring, shuttering & dewatering (if required) with cost of labour, labour cess, hire & running charges of all machineries, sundries & T&P required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. (a)Upto 1.5mtr Depth

Filling the Foundation and Plinth, sides of foundation, etc. with excavated materials (excluding rock), in layers not exceeding 0.225 m in depth including cost of watering, ramming, dressing and levelling the top to proper level & gradient, cost of labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, T&P, etc, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Disposal of surplus earth/debris staked at work site by mechanical means including loading and unloading and disposing the same within a lead of 5 km with hire running charges of all machineries, cost of all labour, labour cess, T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
