Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam for 150mm thick specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density,including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers MOST 406

Providing and laying Prime Coat over WBM/WMM surface using 7 Kg of Emulsion Bitumen for 10 Sq.m and cost of Emulsion Bitumen(SS-1Grade) which will be supplied and procured by the contractor himself at his own cost as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bitumenius Binder as tack Coat by Bitumen sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plant employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MORTH Specification . etc., complete as per standard specification

Applying Tack Coat over existing Prime coating WMM surface using 2.5 Kg of Bitumen emulsion(RS-1) per 10 Sq.m including labour charges for preparing the surface removing of binder materials and other foreign matter with wire brushes and small picks & axes sweeping with brooms on soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bag and/or compressed air and applying the required quantity of bitumen emulsion as tack coat manually etc., Complete complying with 503 of MOST specifications.

Providing and laying 50 mm conslidated thick Dense Bituminuous macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50-13.20 mm,0.25cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23cum of 2.36mm and below and with 53.20kg of VG30 bitumen premixing 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site,heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 tons capacity,conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site,spreading the mix uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grade and cross sections and compaction by vibratory/ pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for accending to pavor at sites etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30T CMP with bitumen Boiler,tipper trucks, paver finisher/9 m paver finisher,vibratory/ pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required including to all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 40mm Consolidated thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00 – 9.50mm,0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 50.30 kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 ton CMP With bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, paver Finisher/9M, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Collection, supply and filling of u/s gravel from quarry to work site and stocking to the departmental gauge for premesurement as directed by the departmental engineer, to required depth not more than 15 cm depth including cost and conveyance of all labbour charges etc., complete

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastice compound 2.5 mm. thock including reflectorsing glass @ 250 gms. Per sqm. Area thickness of 2.5 mm. is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35. the finished surface to be level. Uniform and free from streaks and holes etc. complete. Earth work open excavation and depositing on bank with in the initial lead of 10m and a lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc., as per SS 20 A.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one part cement, four part sand and Eight part of aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting with necessary cross bracing for plain surface such as RCC slabs rectangular beams all beams lintels etc., centering for soffits upto 3 meter height using mild steel sheet of size 90 cm x 60 cm x 10 mm gauge with MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cm x 6cm spaced upto 90cm c/c and casurina props or 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 0.750 cm c/c complying with standard specifications as per TNDSS NO : 30 & 86. Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one part cement, two part sand and four part of aggrigate) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO: 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supplying and fabrication of steel and placing in position of TMT steel rods for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification in TNDSS NO:97 V,VI (S6) VII (S6), VII-3.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 Mix (One part cement, one and half part sand and three part of aggregate)using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement etc. Complete with std. Specifications. TNDSS NO: 30 V, VI (S3), VII-3.

MAINTENANCE Towards the charges for routine maintenance of the road work executed under NABARD SCHEME including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost.
