Material and labour for carrying out the B check maintenance from authorised rep or service engineer of OEM of DG set of Engine Kirloskar/Mahendra Make of following capacity engine including checking of vibration damper,checking of turbo charger, oil leakage, tightening mounting screws & nuts, replacement of fuel filter and oil and air filter, checking inlet&exhaust manifold cap screws, checking of fan hub & water pump, topping up the level of exiting engine oil or replacement of enginel oil if required, coolant top up complete all as specified and as directed. Note :(a) Engine oil & Coolant will be measured and paid seperately as supply only items. (b) 'B' check shall be carried out on running of 500hours or 6months which ever is earlier. (c) Air filter and fan belt shall be measured and paid seperately if required to be found changed.

Repair to self starter 12Volts by taking out old burnt out copper winding wire and rewinding with super enameled copper wire of same gauge including replacement of unserviceable pinion bush solenoid coil carbon brushes & tension spring complete in commissioning and testing including taking down old one and taken as credit complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair exhaust insulation cover of thickness 15 to100mm for exhaust pipe for any capacity DG set complete all as specifed and directed.

Material and labour for painting body surface of DG set of capacity160KVA Engine, alternator, AMF panel complete, by applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete after preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.
