M&L for applying roof treatment on top of roof with 3mm minimum thickness APP modified membrane (weighing 3kgs/sqm) with non-woven polyster reinforcement/mat(centre core ) with thermal insulation with white mineral gravel finish on upper side of membrane laid by torch application method with overlap 100mm on length and 100mm on the width side as per manufacture's instructions over a coat of approved cold applied bituminous oil based primer (IS-3384) @ 250 gm/sqm including taking down the existing treatment from roof alongwith scrubbing down with water and removing the rubbish out side the MD land complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in padding finishing surface of concrete toping rough to receive plaster all as specified of average thickness 40 mm in slope 1:40 over roof complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 with WPC on roof surfaces complete all as speciified. NOTE: Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any descripton & in any position not other wise specifically provided for and removing debris out of MD land as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(reinforcement shall be cut as required to facilitate demolition.) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Form work to chullah hoods, chajjas ,facia, troughs and similar items including edges for flat surfaces Rough surfaces of concerete complete all as specified and as directed

M&L RCC type B1(1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate as in chajjas all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L TMT (steel bars of grade Fe 500 or Fe 550) 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed )not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips. NOTE: Reinforcement bars shall be welded to existing reinforcement for casting of RCC member.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layer i.e. 10mm thick & 5mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete masonry surfaces with using integral water proofing compund in second layer of rendering finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down old cement plaster alongwith racking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water and removal of rubbish of out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint white or tinted over a coat of primer on walls all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat primer on walls incl preparation new plastered surface of walls and applying wall care putty all as spd and directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank of capacity 500 ltrs ( Cylindrical,verical with closed top) in position including 20mm ball valves high pressure of PTMT (minimum weigth 210 grams) alongwith preparation of PCC platefrom for tank with PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, 20mm graded stone aggregate of thickness 100mm including dismantling of the old unserviceable water tank complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: PVC tank shall be of ISI mark and having in two layers.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15 mm bore including connections and fittings and refixing in old or new position (wall, ceiling, floor etc) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20 mm bore including connections and fittings and refixing in old or new position (wall,ceiling, floor etc) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chipping of slab/column/roof/chajjas/roof projection/balconies/staircase etc as directed and removing loose concrete with chisel hammer without much impact on concrete surface, clean the surface by sand blasting using river sand with min 6kg pressure at the nozzle or air blow by applying CICO clean rust remove or equivalent in two coat over rusted reinforcement surface and providing anti corrosive coating with two component epoxy based zinc rich primer/Rust passivation inhibator coat @ 5Sqm/Ltr with CICO Zincilate-500 or equivalent to reinforcement surface as per manufacturers instructions incl all scaffolding, machinery, tools tackles and men materials and cleaning of debris complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.Make CICO clean-O-rust, CICO Zincilate-500 or equivalent of Fosrec/Dr fixit/L&T/STP. Note:- (i) The Work shall be carried out upto 03 storey building or 12m ht. through authorised applicator or agent. (ii) The contractor shall be taken the all safety measure as per MES safety code.

M&L for applying bond coat with CICO-latex SBR or equivalent in Fosroc/Dr Fixit/STP/Sika as per manufacturer instructions, after preparing old surface of RCC to receive Polymer modified one component repair mortar or micro concrete. Laying of polymer modified one component repair mortar or micro concrete shall be completed within the overlay time of bonding coat. This bond coat act as bonding agent between old and new concrete. Item rate inclusive of all materials, labours, supervision, tools, tackles, transportation, fixing etc complete all as directed. make CICO latex SBR or equivalent in Fosroc/ Dr Fixit/STP. Note:- (i) The Work shall be carried out upto 03 storey building or 12m ht. through authorised applicator or agent. (ii) The contractor shall be taken the all safety measure as per MES safety code.

M&L for preparation the surface and applying 20mm thick in two layer, each layer n.exc. 10mm thick with polymer modified mortar(PMM) on surface of slab/column/roof/chajjas/roof projection/balconies/staircase etc as directed with polymer modified one component repair mortar of PMM Cico Repocem or equivalent in Fosroc/ Dr Fixit/STP. inclusive of all materials, labours, supervision, tools, tackles, transportation, fixing etc complete all as directed. Note:- (i) The Work shall be carried out upto 03 storey building or 12m ht. through authorised applicator or agent. (ii) The contractor shall be taken the all safety measure as per MES safety code.

M&L 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with and incl water proofing compound @ 100ml/50Kg of cement or as per manufacturer instructions of CICO-super or equivalent in Fosroc/ Dr Fixit/STP. Note:- (i) The Work shall be carried out upto 03 storey building or 12m ht. through authorised applicator or agent. (ii) The contractor shall be taken the all safety measure as per MES safety code.
