Complete Dismantling ,Assembling, and Preliminary Inspection and Preliminary Testing of Stator, Rotor, Exciter Field and Rotor winding.

Partial repair of stator winding, de-brazing of damaged coils and testing of existing winding and replacing of new coils with EDFGC class ‘H’ copper conductor and with class ‘F’ insulation coils and testing. Re brazing with silver brazing rods and insulating with suitable ‘H’ class insulation materials.

Complete overhauling and cleaning of rotor winding with suitable cleaning solvents and checking of rotor shaft thoroughness and checking of shaft for any crack in U.T. and varnishing and baking for improvement of IR values and applying anti-tracking epoxy gel coat with final testing of motor and painting of motor

Repair of Core for Exciter Field and Exciter Rotor and Checking Loop Test for any Hot Spots and Overhauling, Cleaning of Winding with Suitable cleaning solvents and Varnishing, Baking for improvement of IR values and applying anti tracking epoxy gel coat for windings with Final Testing of windings.

Repair of NDE side Shaft Bearing Journals, Oil Disc Step, and Seal Step metalizing, machining and grinding as per Original Standard dimensions

Repair of N.D.E bearing Housing with Machining and Cylindrical Grinding to the Original Dimensions.

Supply and Replacement N.D.E side Inside & Outside, Locking Bush.

Repair/Replacement and Testing of N.D.E side Bearing Oil Lubrication Disc (Inside & Outside), and Bottom Cover

Supply and Replacement of N.D.E side Bearing R T D, and Oil Level Gauge, Inlet and Outlet Pipe

Rotor Dynamic Balancing as per IS 2.5 Grade

Supply and Replacement of New Mechanical Shaft Oil Seal for D.E & N.D.E side, and Viton ‘O’ Rings for D.E & N.D.E bearing Oil Casings and Covers
