Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, for laying cables/pipes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation over areas in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. in depth in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Broken stone hardcore of gauge exceeding 63 mm but not exceeding 100mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, to obtain rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions etc, square, ractangular or polygonal, to obtain rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides and sofits of floor or roof beams, beams haunching, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs etc to obtain rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Use and waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs exceeding 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 5cm but n exc 10cm wide complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

TMT mild steel bars, 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia) , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per serial item No. 13 here in before but, TMT mild steel bars, 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia, in stirrups, spacers & binders, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

RCC M-25 (design mix), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beam; plinth beams; bases of columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

RCC M-25 (design mix), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

RCC M-25 (design mix), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

RCC M-25 (design mix), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per Srl item No 19 above but except bricks.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed, with best quality locally available harder stones such as granite, trap, basalt, trap, basalt stone etc, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted , built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per description of serial item No 21 above here in before but except stone.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses of granite or trap stone etc. and hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc. 20 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble stone Masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses, in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in as in coping, kerbs and similar work etc including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or gorged into spikes, framed guard bar, barred iron doors; ladder, framed balusters; railing; frame work for water tanks, cooler stand etc and similar work conforming to Fe -290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

15mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparing newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and strainning and fixing to any type of standrad rails strainning bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line of wire is to be measured ) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of steel and iron surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide/ zink chrome primer complete all as specified.

S&F punched tape concertina coil (including spike and handle) with 50 turns and 600mm dia,width of barbed 9mm and spacing of clips 23.5 mm to 24.5mm c/c weight of coil will be 7.5 to 8 kg without packing and coil length will be 6m to 8m when opened up etc, complete all as specified and directed.

110mm bore, PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls or as in weep hole/spout pipes, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.
