TTPS Operation Circle Chemical Division Operation of Ferrous sulphate pumps for Units 1 to 5 and Phosphate, Morpholine and Hydrazine dozing pumps for Units 1, 2 and 3 on round the clock basis for 5 months period from 01.05.2025 to 30.09.2025

Charges for Opening and closing of valves for the Ferrous Sulphate dosing system. Carrying out operational activities of both mechanical and electrical equipments for ferrous sulphate dosing system. Operational of Ferrous sulphate dosing pumps & valves to feed the Ferrous Sulphate chemical for Stage-I (Units-1, 2 & 3) and Stage-II (Units-4 & 5). Diverting the dosing to flushing mode after dosing for rinsing the lines to prevent clogging of the chemicals in the dosing lines. Opening & closing of chemical dosing pumps & valves which includes Ferrous sulphate dosing pump 4 Nos., Chemical preparation tanks & dosing tanks – 2Nos. and its related electric switch board which are inside the ‘0’ meter level of TTPS, for Stage-I (Units-1, 2 & 3) and Stage-II (Units-4 & 5). Operational works of Morpholine, Phosphate & Hydrazine dosing pumps & valves to feed the above said chemicals for Units- 1,2 & 3. Diverting the dozing to flushing mode after dosing, rinse the lines for the concerned units to prevent clogging of the chemicals in the dosing lines. Opening & Closing of pumps & valves which includes Morpholine dosing tank -2Nos., Phosphate dosing tank– 3 Nos. & Pump-8 Nos., Hydrazine dosing tank – 3 Nos., & pump -6 Nos., and related electric switch board panels for units 1, 2 & 3 at ‘0’ meter level on round the clock basis.
