Outer colour washing with two coats using ready mixed Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion (First quality - Apex or its equivalent) of approved quality and colour over a coat of exterior emulsion water based primer exterior surfaces including through scrapping of old paints from wall, clean removal of dirt, cost of all materials, scaffolding, labour, lead, lift etc., complete and including necessary crack filling paste, putty whereever required.

Painting the steel work with two coats of approved quality and colour enamel paint over a coat of priming coat with zinc chromatr primer including cost of all materials, brushes, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Colour washing with two coats of emulsion (Tractor emulsion or its equivalent) over a coat of water based primer including removing of existing paint from the wall and scrapping the wall areas and applying Putty paste to the wall and cracks whereever required at site including cost of all materials, Wall Putty paste, Primer, scaffolding, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Colour washing with one coats of emulsion (Tractor emulsion or its equivalent) over a coat of water based primer to the ceiling surface including removing of existing paint and scrapping the ceilimg areas including cost of all materials , Primer, scaffolding, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.
