Demolition of stone slabs and tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortor description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and including cutting circular/ rectangular/ square hole for WHB and edge moulding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete over and including screed bed or bedding layer 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine kota stone slab 20-25mm thick as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequred cement concrete designer tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25mm thick rubrised, glossy finish, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments laid over and including 20mm thick secreed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as secified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles laid dry or laid dry and pointed of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape & size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade laid over and including 5 cm layer of sand filling complete with watering & well ramming complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, culls, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughjs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed in kerb/coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth and wall tiling incl cement morter bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles light/dark shade 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished area of each tiles n. exc 0.36 Sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
