Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 4% of Total interior painting area

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacturer's specification : One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade One or more coats on old work

Painting with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture: Old work (one or more coats)

Painting with aluminum paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately) Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood
