BORED PILE 300 mm Dia Boring, providing and installing Bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement Concrete pile of specified diametre and length below the pile cap in cement concrete 1 :1.5:3 ( 1 cement, 1 .5 Coarse sand,& 3 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including Bentonite solution machinery charges labour chargres etc.,all complete.

Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO : 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 Mix (One part cement, one and half part sand and three part of aggregate)using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement etc. Complete with std. Specifications. TNDSS NO: 30 V, VI (S3), VII-3.

Supplying and fabrication of steel and placing in position of TMT steel rods for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification in TNDSS NO:97 V,VI (S6) VII (S6), VII-3.

Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting with necessary cross bracing for plain surface such as RCC slabs rectangular beams all beams lintels etc., centering for soffits upto 3 meter height using mild steel sheet of size 90 cm x 60 cm x 10 mm gauge with MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cm x 6cm spaced upto 90cm c/c and casurina props or 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 0.750 cm c/c complying with standard specifications as per TNDSS NO : 30 & 86.

Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) using new best II Class Bricks of size 9 ” x 4 3/8 “x 2 3/4 ” from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.(For 10 M3)

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15cm dia blue-gum posts of 4.0m overall length (3M HT + 0.5M projection + 0.5m into ground) the distance between two rows being 1.25m and the spacing of postsbeling 2.0m and the spacing of postsbeling 2.0m in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5m overlap on either sideand braces at 2m c/cincluding longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing aplatform with country woodplanksof 40mm tk & 1.0m width in a complete form using colr and nalls - 1.0m run -- FOR REJUVENATION WORKS

Supply of unplasticised PVC rigid pipes as per BIS 4985-1988 including of all charges etc complete as per standard specification.

Conveying the PVC pipes and specials to trench, lowering into the trenches, laying to proper grade and alignment, jointing with PVC coupler and specials fixing with neat cement paste and testing to the required pressure as per IS including conveyance of water from 1Km lead for filling during testing.

Refilling with excavated soil complying with standard specification in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated after the pipes and specials are laid and tested
