Dismantling the existing Brick / Stone masonry in cement mortar walls including removing the debris from the site and stacking useful material at work site for reuse etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for soffits of Square / Rectangular Columns including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c) and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm c/c) etc., complete complying with standard specification. (For Columns 1st Floor 3.00m - 4.00m height)

Supplying and erecting centering for soffits of plane surfaces like RCC Slabs, Lintels, Sunshades, Square Columns, Staircase waists, Beams etc., including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c) and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm c/c) etc., complete complying with standard specification.(3.30m - 4.30m height)

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3 [one cement, one and half M-Sand and three course aggregates] using 20mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly for all RCC items of works excluding centering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement, including curing, fixing fan clamp and fixtures if necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification. (For Super structure in First Floor )

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild Steel or Ribbed Tor steel bars for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Fly Ash Brick work In CM 1:5 mix using best Fly Ash Bricks of size 230 x 110 x 70mm including finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification. (For superstructure in 1st Floor)

Fabricating supplying & fixing of M.S Doors with single / two leaves with outer frame 40x40x6mm Angle, shutter frame 35x35x6mm Angle, MS sheet 20 gauge intermediate stiffener 'T' section 25x25x6mm, panel should be covered with 20 gauge M.S sheet with necessary Tower Bolt 30cm length, butt hinges, hold fast, aldrop and handle on both sides etc., complete with one coat of red oxide primer.

Paving the floor with 8mm thick Double Charged Vitrified Tiles in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 [one cement and three M-sand] 20mm thick of walls and floors and pointed with the same colour cement neatly, including polishing with electric polishers to a high degree so as to make it perfectly smooth and showing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Ceiling Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix (one cement three P-sand), 10mm thick in all floors for RCC slabs, Beams, Sunshades including packing, providing cement mortar beading for sunshades, staircase steps, landing slabs etc., as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (one cement five P-sand), 12mm thick in all floors using clean screened M-Sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.
