Transformer - 1600 KVA, Volt 33/0.433 KV, AMP 28.03/2136, Vector Group DYn11, Freq. 50Hz, GEC Make Transformer.
Dismantling of transformer removal of all accessories, dismantling all HV/LV connections Top channel core, Removal of all HV/LV coil for inspection (and rewinding with new conductor, reassembly of core coil, assembly after rewinding, brazing of HV/LV coil connecting and making all terminal connections.
Replacement of damaged HV coil for one phase with new Double paper copper conductor.
Replacement of damaged LV coil for one phase with new conductor paper covered (DPC) insulated copper Strip/Wire.
Painting of Transformer.
Replacement of Gasket by Rubberized Gasket (Kortika Brand).
Complete drying out of core coil assembly of transformer in vaccum autoclave
Replacement of all three phase HV/HV insulation-Press board duct, end blocks interlayer duct, spacer between HV/LV coil, supporting barriers.
Routtine testing of transformer as per IS:2026
Filtration of Transformer Oil.
