SPL REPAIR FOR REPLACEMENT OF BER DG SET IN WATER SUPPLY MAIN PUMP HOUSE AND SEWAGE PUMP IN D BLOCK ALONG WITH CONNECTED WORK UNDER GE NARANGI

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent (Sound Proof enclosure) type Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set capable of delivering 250 KVA (200 kW) at 0.8 power factor (lagging), 335 BHP water and coolant cooled, (Liquid cooled EG Compleat 50:50) 415 Volts (AC three phase, 4 Wire system of supply) 50 HZ 1500 RPM, current 348 Amp complete with automatic on Mains failure (AMF) control panel, Governing class (as per ISO 8528: Part V)-G3, Emission as per latest CPCB IV+ norms, noise levels as per CPCB norms-less than 75 dB, Fuel consumption at 100% load not more than 60 litres/hour at 75% load-44 litres/hour. The DG Set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel suitable for climatic conditions prevalent at Guwahati with suitable derating factors as applicable and meeting specification as elaborated here-in after:- Make of Complete DG Set- Cummins or equivalent make in Kirloskar/ Greaves Cotton/Ashok Leyland/M/s Sterling Generators Pvt Ltd./Stamford/ Jackson & Company compliant with emission norms as per GSR 804 (E) published in The Gazette of India dated 03 Nov 2022.

(i) ENGINE (Prime Mover): Diesel Engine 1500 RPM, direct injection, multi cylinders, four stroke, confirming to ISO 3046/BS 5514, (Performance class of Gen Set ISO 8528-5-G2) No of cylinders 6 In line, water and coolant cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate power to drive alternator capable of delivering 250 KVA/200 kW at outdoor atmospheric conditions at Guwahati, (Taking all derating factor into consideration). Starting 24 volt DC battery (2 x180AH) start complete with fly wheel all standard fittings/fixtures as per OEM and including suitable digital panel with tachometer, lube oil temperature, pressure gauge and frequency meters and also including self starter system, dynamo, fuel electric control panel with electronic governor (ECPG) and Engine protection system (Shut down, High water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc) fuel tank and first fill of lube oil and other consumables etc and self starting system incuding batteries etc complete.

(ii) Alternator: Brushless AC alternator, 3 Phase, 415 Volt, 4 wire, rated for output of 250 KVA (200 kW) at 0.8 Power Factor) 1500 RPM, IP 23 Protection class enclosure, insulation Class "H", salient pole, revolving field, single bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled (Voltage regulation Max ±1%) through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine. Alternator efficiency at 100% load 0.8 pf - Minimum 94.5% and at 75% load 0.8 pf - Minimum 94.8%. Permissible voltage dip at full load 0.8 pf- Maximum 20%. Timer permitted to build up rated voltage at rated RPM - Maximum 5 sec provided engine reach the rated speed. Short circuit withstand time - 3 times rated current for 10 Seconds. Overload withstanding capacity - 10% over load for one hour once in 12 hours.

(iii) BASE PLATE: Made out of structural steel as per manufacturer’s recommended design/specifications

(iv) AMF CONTROL PANEL: Factory made cubicle type floor mounted AMF Panel board, duly powder coated manufactured with CRCA sheet suitable for automatic ON mains failure with MCCB of suitable rating with short circuit protection (MCCB-03 Nos of suitable rating as per manufacturer's recommendation for both incoming and one outgoing connection), Contactor (Power contactor-03 Nos of suitable rating as per manufacturer's recommendation for both incoming and one outgoing connection), controller with displays of voltage, current KW, frequency and KWH indicating lamps for " load-On" and "Set running", CTs of suitable rating, aluminium bus bars of suitable capacity with incoming and outgoing terminations and control fuses duly wired and ferruled complete in all respect.

(v) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Weather and sound resistant enclosure with insulation conforming to UL-94-HF1 class for flammability and designed to meet latest MoEF/CPCB norms, sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and powder coated the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 dB (A) at a distance of 1m at 75% load under field condition and ox, 70DB at 3m from Gen set when DG set is working at full load along with testing conformance, labeling certification etc as laid down in GSM No 371 (E) dt 17 May 2002 and amendments thereof. Fluid styling- no projection. Fluid drains for lube oil and fuel. Fuel filling arrangement inside the enclosure.

(vi) Foundation/Plinth/Base: Shall be provided as per manufacturers recommendations, however minimum 0.5 m space shall be available all around the Set and height of plinth shall not be less than 0.50 mtr.

(vii) Diesel storage tank of capacity adequate for storage of diesel as per manufacturer specification.

(viii) Fully automatic AC operated additional battery charger of suitable capacity including suitable size twin core copper wires fixed with copper lugs shall be provided from charger to battery for charging of batteries without any extra cost to the Government.

(ix) MISC: Tool kit, Operation and Maintenance catalogue, spare part list, overhauling manuals, guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacturer standard practices.

(x) Controller shall be microprocessor based fully configured with graphical LCD display, monitoring features for all electrical parameters, Lube oil parameters, Battery parameters and self diagnostic features for all important parameters complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 3.15 mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers etc and connected to and including copper strip of size 20x3 mm as earth lead upto 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected by light grade 40 mm bore Gl pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, charcoal, salt etc RCC pit cover flush to earth pit 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm TMT bar 100mm C/C and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 metres) and testing after completion all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009.

Supply, laying and testing XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross-sectional area 300 Sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work including excavation etc to be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for cable trenches and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning for protection of underground cable with clean dry sand 150mm below the cable and 80mm above the cable and punned down to thickness of 180mm which shall be measured and paid complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for well burnt old size sub Class 'B' bricks, laid flat, in trenches for cable protection compete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of non-clog sewage Pump set Electric driven at three phase AC, 415 Vott (+5% & +10% ), 50 Hz with cutter version to pump sewage from collection tank to line/nalah at uniform flow rate, having CI casing, stainless steel (CF8M) impeller, high carbon steel shaft (CS 40C8), sealing; double Mechanical seal arrangement. Discharge 70 LPS at 20 mtr head with 40 mm solid particle handling capacity suitable for delivery pipe 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. Make: Kirloskar Brothers Ltd (model: SHM) or equivalent in KSB/Crompton Greaves/ Johnson/ Mather & Platt. [Note- The tenderer should visit the site before quoting rate and the quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of the following- (a) Supply and fixing necessary special Cl fittings and all other fixtures to fix the pump-motor in existing site. (b) Supply and fixing one pressure gauge 1" dia with valve tee and fittings. (c) Supply and fixing Delivery pipe 100mm dia heavy duty flexible HDPE pipe from pump set to existing delivery pipe flanged type with clamps complete with all fitting suitable for flanged pipe and necessary nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gasket etc including fixing all as required. (d) Supply and fixing MS chain closed type of size 12mm including round ring insert on every mtr include chain lock, nuts & bolts fixed on non clog sewage submersible pump complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing of suitable three phase fully automatic Star-Delta starter for non-clog pump specified at item No 9.00 here-in-before with in-built liquid level controller, dry run protection, single phasing preventer complete in sheet steel enclosure with LED indicating lamps all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying and testing PVC insulated submersible cable 16 Sq mm 3 core flat LT 1100 volt grade heavy duty ISI marked with copper conductor and overall served with an outer sheath of PVC along the column pipe or passing through pipes or laid under floor of through walls etc jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of sluice valve Class PN-1.6 conforming to IS 14846-2000 long body type ISI marked with iron wheel and stainless steel spindle and fly nut flanged both ends suitable for 100 mm bore all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay MS ERW flanged pipe with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc of sizes 100 mm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of desired tint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of cast iron non-return valve 100 mm dia both side flanged (ISI Marked) confirming to IS 5312 (Pt-1) including nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed.
