Non Comprehensive maintenance for a period contract for ABB make Package type Sub station outdoor type with modular enclosure consisting of HT RMU panel, oil cooled transformer of following capacities:-

Note For Item No 01 (Contd/...) :- (i) The Contractors agrees to provide the following Non comprehensive services arising out of wear and tear of the normal usage of all Compact Substations and connected accessories. (ii) Preventive and Corrective Maintenance : The authorised service representative of OEM or OEM certified agencies shall visit the site once in six months for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on all the units installed at site including transformer. This includes maintenance of all mechanical, electrical and electronic parts / sub-assemblies. The preventive maintenance report will be as per the manufacturer's instruction and as specified in Particular Specification. The contractors can claim payment for each visit. The checking shall be done as per the format provided as per Annx 'I' attached with Particular Specification. Necessary Test report in this regard shall be produced by OEM or their representative/any licensed agencies.

Note For Item No 01 (Contd/...) :- (iii) Breakdown Maintenance : The authorised service representative of OEM or OEM certified/Govt licensed agencies will carry out all breakdown maintenance after receiving information (written or oral) from GE(AF) Panagarh officials or their representatives, The OEM's authorised service representative or OEM certified/Govt. licensed agencies will carry out the required repairs of the units including transformer and inform office about the status of site. No payment shall be made on this account of any breakdown service during comprehensive maintenence period. (iv) Breakdown maintenance calls will be attended within a maximum of 24 hours of the receipt of the complaints. (v) In case the complaints are not attended/resolved within the stipulated time as per the clause no: (iv), the Contractor is liable to pay Rs.500/- per unit per day till such time the unit is attended/resolved. (vi) The Contractor will employ trained service engineers / technicians certified by their principal OEM/OEM Certified/Licensed agencies for the service under this comprehensive maintenance period. (vii) The Contractor will also maintain service reports for all visits & breakdown visits & copy of the same will be submitted every visit (viii) The cost of the above are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (IX) Bidders are adviced to visit the work site before quoting. (X) Spare Parts in replacement of U/S Parts of VCB including SF6 gas will measured & Paid seperatly under Prime Sum Cost

Filtration & de hydration of transformer oil to achieve the test results as per IE rules with filtration plant including topping up of transformer oil. Note : a) the filtration of the transformer oil is to be carried out at different sub stations of the area. b) the report before filtration & after filtration to be submitted by contractor in the approved format by licensed agent. c) the filtration is to be carried out on line ie without switching off supply. d) Transformer oil for topping up will be measured under respective item of Sch A.

Supply only Transformer oil confirming to IS 335 Std for topping up in distribution transformer duly filtrated under respective item of Sch A Make: Power Oil/ Savita Oil or equivalent as approved GE.

M & L for disconnecting and taking out HT VCB for Overhauling of Spring charge unit including cleaning & removing of scales, soot or any hydroscopic layer accumalated on copper bus bar using proper chemical cleaning reagents like CRCs, checking nuts, bolts, make break operation both mechanically and electricaly smooth including greasing of all moving/ fixed contact, nut & bolts checking contact resistance, Internal control wiring, repairing/replacing heating coil removing moisture for all the feeders, Servicing of Spout insulators safety shutter for effective covering by automatically open/close while draw in/draw out operations, Checking and tightening control wiring and rectifying the defects if any complete all as directed by EIC. (Note: Spares required for replacement will be paid and measured separately under prime sum cost)( TMQ Power House)

Disconecting of cables from HT 11KV VCB panel of capacity 400/630Amp, 350MVA cheking of earth fault and over current relays testing of relays with the help of relay testing kit (boosting Kit) and resting of relays as per desire load current reconnecting the cables, including calibaration of relays, checking of tension spring and adjusting for proper tripping and functioning and replacement of unserviceable parts if required and testing complete for tripping all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Spares required for replacement will be paid and measured separately under prime cost).( TMQ Power House)

M&L for earthing with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm as earthing lead means of nut, bolts and washers made out of galvanised iron mild steel and 40 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to contoll board or main switch or as directed by Engr -in-Charge including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC cover slab of size 300 x 300 x 100 mm with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering, funnels, wire mesh and provided charcoal or coke of alternative layers of 15 cm including necessary earth work complete shown in electrical plated No 3 and tesing complete. NOTE : The earthing pit should be provided with proper earth pit and pit cover. Pit cover should be painted with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and pit number to be marked on a GI plate above 45 cm from GL as per colour code followed in AF Station.

Supply & Fix copper strip 20 x 3mm with insulator all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing danger notice plate 25 x 20 cm size of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts etc. complete as directed.

M&L for rewinding of 3 phase Squirrel cage induction motor of 3HP capacity including taking down carefully after removing all electrical and mechanical connections from High Mast pole of any height, taking it to work shop, removing burntout winding wire carefully and rewinding with suitable size of new winding wire (PVC insulated) of the same gauge, reassembling testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of highmast light for any height and any capacity including repairs to raising and lowering system of Hight mast light and repairs to double drum winch, proper checking of lubrication system checking and tightening of trailing cable repairs to remote for up and down of lantern carriage, refixing of Flood light luminaires with suitable bracket and making serviceable including base protection of highmast light all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Replacement of defective parts accessores shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'. (ii) Transport and T & P i.e.Hydro crane, Ladder ,spanners or any other eqpt for repair of high mast lights shall be provided by Contractor and cost for the same deemed to be included in respective item of Sch 'A'

Supply and fix PVC insulated multi core FR PVC sheathed multi stranded cables 7 core 2.5 Sqmm with bright annealed electrolytic bare copper conductor 1100V Grade conforming to IS 694-2010 complete for High Mast lighting all as directed. Make: KEI/Polycab/Plaza

Fixing only LED Flood/Highbay lamp of any capacity or any Make at diffent Hangers area upto a height of 24m including necessary connectors like clamps, bolts, nuts with Boom Ladder complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- a) LED Flood/Highbay lamps of any make and capcity will be issued under Schedule B free for fixing only. b) Contractor shall ensure all the safety aspects of man Power who are working at site. c) Necessay T&P for fixing of Lamps like Boom Ladder with all sefety equipments shall be provided by the Contractor.

Supply & Spray of agricultural based chemical inside the installation to control the growth of unwanted herb etc incl cleaning of the grass herbs bushes etc from the installation , complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

Cutting of grass/brushes at 2/4 pole structures and compact sub stations/near transformers in 5 meter perimeter/inside fencing area with help of brush cutter/hand tools , complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting electrical connections from HT / LT terminals and earthing connections of faulty double copper wound, oil cooled transformer of capacity 1000 KVA from Compact Substation of ABB Make installed at tech area, Transporting from site to workshop for repair / replacement by dismantling carefully and removing faulty / burnt parts, winding, drain out oil in barrel for reuse, rewinding including re-insulation of HT/LT coils with super enameled copper wire with equal gauge of existing copper wire, cleaning of core / tank, changing air breather assembly with pipe, oil level indicator, defective HT/LT bushing with terminal connection and reinstallation with complete connection as required and directed by Engr-inCharge. Make of Transformer : M/s NUCON The repairs of the Transformer shall include :- a) Lifting of damage limb (coil assembly). b) Separate HV and LV coil. c) Measuring all parameters with actual d) Making new coils as per original. e) Installing of new coil assembly. f) Connection of all connecting leads as per original dimension g) Assembly of core. h) Replace of all gasket and oil seal with new one of reputed make i) Full assembly of transformer j) Testing complete as directed by Engr-in-charge NOTE a) Rates of above spares deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Consumable items such as cotton waste, CTC, wire brush etc also included in the quoted rates b) Comprehensive Test certificate along with warranty to be submitted by the Contractor c) Repairs to the transformer will be carried out by the Contractor after completion of Board convened by the accepting Officer

Surface excavation in hard/dense soil including sand and pebbles for removing vegetation and bushes and not exceeding 30cm depth in Power houses / sub station area.

Supply, spread & levelling broken stone aggregate of guage/ size 40 to 80 mm around the transformer, HT two pole structure, HT four pole strcture etc in the sub stations.

M & L for Repair/ overhauling of complete system and servicing of servo controlled automatic voltage stabiliser (Make : Acube) by dismantling carefully transformer unit and lifting out the core assembly with the help of fork lifter / header of ranging capacity from 3X10 KVA to 3X20 KVA, 430Volts and inspection of auto transformer barrier, synchonomous motor, electric circuit board and replacing the defective parts such as push button switch, auto manual switch, DPDT switch, micro switch, potentiometer, electronic circuit card (P.C.B.), PCB & holder, servo motor, carbon brush for balanced type stabilizer relay, MCB indicator, voltmeter, IC, transistor, diode complete including rewiding of bounce with appropriate copper wire, insulation material varnishing heating complete, fixing of gate valve at drain plug and top up transformer oil upto 50 ltr including disconnecting cable connection and testing, commissionig. The quoated rates also inclusive of transportation charges from site to workshop and back to its original location all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only "Maximum Demand Controller" 6000 series of Make L&T to existing VCBs by wiring the same to shunt coil of relay control panel according to instruction manual by expert technician and calibrating according to existing CMD all as per specified and directed. a)Maximum Demand Controller" will be issued under Schedule B free for fixing. b) Minor items like PVC cable of 1.5/2.5 sqmm size and gland deemed to be included in the quoted rate. c) Necessay T&P for fixing equipments shall be provided by the Contractor.

Prime cost Sum : The prime cost is to used as directed by the Accepting Officer vide condtion 1 (v) and 5 of IAFW-2249 of General Condition of Contract forming part of the tender documents. (a) Provide a prime cost of Rs 200000.00 for supply of spare parts for CSS/VCBs of various capacities after dismantling and convening Board of Officers by the Accepting Officer. The material shall be procured directly from the OEM or aurhorised dealer of OEM or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Original purchase vouchers bearing GST number are to be submitted by the contractor to Engineer-in-Charge. (b) Contractor quoted rate shall be deemed to include for overheads and profit and all taxes and insert amount to cover all. However, quoted amount shall not exceed 15% (Fifteen Percentage) of estimated amount. In case, the contractor quoted amount is in excess of 15% of the estimated amount, the same shall be restricted to 15% and the amount quoted shall be corrected accordingly to work out the contract sum.

Notes :- (i)To exucute the work in all respect, the Contractor shall arrange suitable type of hydraulic/telescopic ladder for easy access to carry out the total work for such height as specified at his own and the quoted unit rate shall be deemed to include for the same. No extra claim will be admissible on this ground. (ii) The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
