Preparation of pits for planting trees by excavation pits of size 60 cm dia and 60 cm deep taking out the excavated soil, its screening, sorting stones, brick bets, extra vegetations and supply and spraying gamakseen powder in the bottom and sides of pit before filling sweet soil which is the homogeneous mixture of the good earth fine sand and well decomposed manure in ratio 2:1:1 treated with mustered oil cake 200 gram and bone mean 200 gram per pit, watering the pit including supplying and filling there doses of Leathol or Durmit of Rodar or any other anti termite of reputed make to complete the job as per direction of supervising engineer.

Carriage of plants total 3180 Nos. in private commercial vehicle from forest department, Hathras (Approx distance 25 Km.) to different 220 KV and 132 KV sub-stations as per details given below :- (A) 220 KV Sub-Station, Meetai (Hathras) - 1000 Nos. (B) 132 KV Sub-Station, Odpura (Hathras) - 300 Nos. (C) 132 KV Sub-Station, Sadabad (Hathras) - 1000 Nos. (D) 132 KV Sub-Station, Sasni (Hathras) - 300 Nos. (E) 132 KV Sub-Station, Bamauli (Hathras) - 580 Nos.
