Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally.other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge. Second floor

Brick partition walls of 11.50cm thickness using best quality Burnt Clay Brick of size 9" x 4 3/8" x 2 3/4" with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 1077-1992 in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three CS Sand) using hoop iron reinforcement if found necessary including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Hoop iron reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately)

Supplying and erecting centering for plane surfaces such as RCC Floor/Roof Beam, Lintels, Cantilever Beams, Bed Blocks etc.. with necessary supports and strutting upto 3.60m height in all floors with all cross bracings using MS Sheets made of 10 gauge thick welded with MS angle of Size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over Steel adjustable Span of Size 2m x 2m(expandable upto 3.60m) and Silver Oak Joists of Size 10 x 5 cm spaced at 50cm to 60cm c/c and supported by Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) made with outer steel pipe with dia 50mm (3.60mm thick) and inner steel pipe with dia 40mm (2.90mm thick) Spaced at not more than 50 to 60cm c/c, etc complete complying with standard specifications. Steel adjustable span and Steel Adjustable telescopic props shall be provided as directed by the departmental Officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMTand all grade like Fe 500, Fe550D, Fe 500 D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire)

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half crushed stone sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including Super Plasticiser, laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - manual mix. Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cleaning the surface thoroughly with water and remove all the impurities and loose plaster, flacks, fungus growth etc.,by suitable mechanical means like scrapping or wire brushing and subsequently wash with adequate water to get an absolutely cleaned surface to take on further treatment. All the grooves will be refilled with multi proof Co- polymer with filler loose plastes and cured cement mass will be removed to make the surface clean and applying Gal-Tech C.T. Epoxy Virgin Solvent free Anticorrosive two packs resin 50+ hardener 50(one coat) as primer impregnated with 110 GSM Glass Cloth over that apply C.T Epoxy two coats as a final that will for FRB lining etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Supplying, laying and jointing UPVC pipes of Class 6 (having working pressure of 12.50 kg/sq.cm) conforming to IS 4985- 2000 of approved quality and best variety conforming to BIS of the following dia including cutting and fixing UPVC specials using UPVC adhesives (but excluding cost of such specials) in accordance with IS 7634-3 (2003) and fixing into wall with teak wood plugs, PVC clamps and screws making holes on the wall (or) drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick work / cement concrete and plastering neatly wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding charges upto 4 metre height above ground level, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The PVC pipes shall be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works - External water supply above ground level / Below ground level.

Flooring with self Designed colour ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing walls with best approved quality, Designed colour ceramic tiles of 600x300x10mm sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing PVC Trims (Corner Beeding) for wall joints, Pillar corners etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position best quality and approved make Indian made white / colour glazed earthernware wash hand basin of size 550 x 400mm (with pedestal / without pedestal) with a pair of cast iron brackets, including cost 15mm dia brass CP pillar tap, 32mm dia "B" class GI waste pipe with rubber plug and chain, 15mm dia GM wheel valve, 15mm brass nipple, 15mm dia nylone connection, 32mm dia CP brass waste coupling including fixing of wash basin using CI brackets on to the wall in position with TW plugs and screws, rubber washers, white lead and giving necessary water supply connection and painting the brackets with two coat of painting over a priming coat of anti-corrosive paint including testing for leakages etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned.
