Schedule 'A' Part I - B/R Portion

M&L for taking down loose and damaged concrete cement plaster from soffit of ceiling floor/slab, vertical surfaces of column beams,slab etc incl exposing and removing rust from reinforcement by rubbing with wire brush and plenty of water so as to remove the loose particles,dust,laitance etc. and removal of debris to a distance n.exc 50m and deposited complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one layer of concrete 40mm thick comprises composition 50 Kg cement, 3 to 6mm chips 100 Kg, sand 50 Kg mixed with spray set SL 3 to 2.5 by weight of cement and 12.5 to 16.5 litres of water mixed with admixture including bonding agent and applying rust remover and gunitting with pressure nozzle with a delivery capacity of 2.5 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 02 here in before but 30mm thick as in beam complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing Cement plaster 1:4, 5mm thick on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement over gunniting surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/taking out exisisting hessain base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface or RCC slab incl removing the dismatled debris to a distance exc 200m & n exc 250m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surface with wire brush and remove loose particle & laitance, wash with clean water, damaged or hollow portion, sharp edges etc. must be cut and removed till the mother slab, filling the crack upto 2mm wide with Dr. Fixit Crack X or equivalent, maintaining a suitable slope for water drainage and reinstate damaged portion with polymer modified mortar as recommended and allow it to cure for 24 hrs. Brush apply the 1st Priming coat on prepared concrete/plastered surface and allow to dry for 04 (four) hours. Apply the first coat of waterproofing coating over the primed surface. On the wet surface of 1st coat overlay a open-woven fibre glass mesh, min 40 GSM of size 2mm x 2mm and allow it to soak completely. Immediately apply the second coat with a roller, to ensure complete coverage of the fibre mesh. Apply the third coat after 6 to 8 hrs once the second coat is dry. Drying time between coats will be 6 to 8 hours all as directed and as per manufacturers instructions. Make: M/s Pidilite Industrues Ltd or Equivalent in M/S Krishna Conchem Products/ STP Ltd. Note: Crack filler, priming coat and water proofing coat used shall be of same Make/Manufacturer.The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of crack filling,minor repair required for making the surface smooth,repair mortar for damaged portion.(Note : Application to be done through authorized applicator of the manufacturers only)

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls including racking ouit joint hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Injecting low viscosity high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, including mixing of materials, mixing of material components (part a & b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching. Grouting maintain the pressure at exit (0.5 to 1.0 kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure guage at exit. Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements @ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles, (Beam and columns) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 500 center to center in staggered manner or as directed by Engr-in-charge in RCC structural element. Work shall be carried out as under:- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia, Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min 12 hrs (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

M/L Preparation new steel surfaces of any descri-ption, n. exc 10cm in width or girthand applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L Preparation old steel surfaces of any descri-ption, n. exc 10cm in width or girth nd applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, n exe 250 Ltr capacity setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down U/S aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power ) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions seperately) and making good the disturbed complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down U/S submain wiring Aluminium/ copper of any size/core/type including earth continuity condutor on teak wood or conduit and removing the materialss/debris from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall etc to match with the original existing finish all as directed.

Taking down unserviceable existing TPN DB/ LT Panel / Meter Box with 100 Amps MCCB of any capacity and size and removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable existing DB SPN 8/10/12 way of any capacity and size and removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L Point wiring complete with 1100volt grade PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable confirming to IS 694 FRLS drawn through and including rigid PVC casing and capping medium grade of size 25/20 mm, etc fixed on wall/ceiling including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC unsheathed copper conductor as earth conductor and connected to earth dolly, including CI/MS/PVC sunk boxes for mounting of modular switches, sockets, regulators etc with frame plate sheet white modular cover of adequate size for housing switches,sockets etc concealed on wall complete all as specified and directed.

( Note:- The old Exhaust fans will be deposited to the MES yard at AGE (E/M) II of GE (NW) Vasco.)

Supply and fix MCB DB, TPN with suitable rated busbar double door, 4 way 415 volt 50 HZ AC Supply complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCCB Triple pole neutral 25 to 100 Amp with breaking capacity 16 KA, 415 volt 50 HZ AC supply complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old UNSV ceilling fan by disconneting and providing new Ceilling fan 1200mm sweep complete with blades , down rods,,electronic regulator and acessories , 230 Volt min air dilevery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE, five star rated with brushless direct current motor(BLDC) , hanging on the same location, reconnecting, testing and commissioning complete all as specified Note:- The old ceilling fans will be deposited to the MES yard at AGE (E/M) II of GE (NW) Vasco.
