The job includes excavation of earth in trenches by manual means if required for laying the new 100 mm dia. G.I pipe. Providing and laying of 100 mm dia. G.I pipe Class -B 380 mtrs in length. Fabrication of MS flanges 100 mm dia. 133 nos. having thickness 12mm and G.l bends as per site requirement. Welding the flanges to both ends of 100 mm dia. G.l pipe and bends wherever required using 3.14 mm and 4 mm dia. superior quality welding electrodes. by skilled welders. Laying, aligning and fitting the 100 mm dia. flanged pipes by providing and fitting the nuts and bolts with gasket between them to provide a good seal against the leak. Job also includes providing and fitting of 02 nos. 100 mm dia. C.I sluice valve having pressure rating PN 1.6 MPa conforming to IS 14846. Providing and fitting of 10000 GPH X 40-50M Head Mono block Pump - 01 No. of reputed make conforming to relevant IS code upto its latest amendments for lubrication of V.T Pumps installed at intake-III. Providing and fitting of 02 Nos. LT control panel suitable to rating of mono bloc motor conforming to IS specifications.
