Demolition of brick / block masonry built in CM including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and clearing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with subclass B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as speecified and directed

All as per serial item No 02 above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n. exc 15 cm thickness below or above GL complete all as specified and directed..

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls including hacking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick external using cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete work surface susing WPC @ 0.20 litre per 50 Kgs of weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for one coat of cement base paint on old plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of old surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
