Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, Pillers, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall surfaces including reeking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing the rubbish out of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of (Un reinforced) Cement Concrete in ground floors, Path, hardstanding and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including disposal of debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in two layers, 1st coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and 2nd coat 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified. Note:- The WPC shall be measured and paid as supply only separately.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior weather coats over a coat of weather coat exterior primer for camouflage design necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, kerbs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in hardstanding/ Path complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 100mm deep X 10 mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairs to LT panel boards complete with necessary welding works to doors, replacement of unserviceable hinges and all drop bolt, dismantling all cables, replacing insulation sleeves of busbar as per colour code, replacing cable lugs connecting using new bolts, nuts, bolts & washers and replacing damaged cable glands complete including painting of all indoor and outdoor panels with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved color internally and externally complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for painting all type/size of panel boards all indoor and outdoor with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved color and make internally and externally complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable MCCB TP/TPN/FP from existing LT panel board and supply and fix MCCB TPN/4P, adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic type, 400 amps of rup cap capacity 50 KA at 415 volts, 50 Hz AC supply including necessary modification in panel board for fixing the MCCB with replacement of incoming and out going cable connection with providing thimbles/ lugs, aluminium conductor cable of suitable size, nut bolts and wire/cable pieces etc all as required at site and directed.

All as per item No 15 above, but MCCB TP/TPN/FP 200 amps of rup capacity 35/36 KA, 415 volts. Make:- Havells/ Seimens/ HPL/ Indoasian.

All as per item No 15 above, but MCCB TP/TPN/FP 160 amps of rup capacity 25 to 27 KA at 451 volts. Make:- Havells/ Seimens/ HPL/ Indoasian.

All as per item No 15 above, but MCCB TP/TPN/FP 125 amps of rup capacity 25 to 27 KA, 415 volts. Make:- Havells/ Seimens/ HPL/ Indoasian.

All as per item No 15 above, but MCCB TP/TPN/FP 63 amps of rup capacity 25 to 27 KA, 415 volts. Make:- Havells/ Seimens/ HPL/ Indoasian.

M&L for cutting end and reconnecting of PVC/ XLPE LT cable with providing new aluminium terminals (thimbles/ lugs) including tapes etc for cable size 25 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Note: Replacement of terminals for all three phases and natural cable ends to be measured a one job.

All as per item No. 20 above, but cable size 35 sqmm 3.5 core.

All as per item No. 20 above, but cable size 50 sqmm 3.5 core.

All as per item No. 20 above, but cable size 70 sqmm 3.5 core.

All as per item No. 20 above, but cable size 95 sqmm 3.5 core.

Supply only MCB TPN 'C' Series upto capacity of 32 Amps as per site requirement and as directed.

M&L in replacement Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to the copper strip 20 x 3mm, by means nut bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of the GI Earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40mm incl provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregated with 40 mm thick cover with RCC (1:2:4), reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4Kg/ Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mm x 25mm x 3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe of watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, taste point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/ dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus giving minimum 75mm space all round. Provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom & lifting of suitable size at top to lift the panel safety shall be made. The degree of protection shall be IP-54 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for safe earthing electrode (SEE) designed with pipe technology with hot deep Zinc coated & Alloy coated (80-100) micron MS pipe size of outer pipe 76.3mm dia and inner pipe 41.9mm, 3 mtr long inside filled with) crystalline conductive mixture (CCM) having non corrosive and conductive properties complete with two bag of black filled compound (Electrodite) mixed with soil all around the earth pipe for smooth charge dissipation complete with PCC earth pit made in cement mortar of 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate of size 450x450x450mm with RCC pit cover complete all as specified and directed. Make: Ashlok Model No: ASEEL-39-ZC & AC (76.3mm dia) or equivalent make as approved.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum.
